I just got my car back from select asset recovery group llc in ****************, ******** today 07/27/2023 at 11:40 am. When I got my car back it had a flat tire (back left side) I asked for them to help me put air and saw there was a nail in it, select asset recovery proceeded to tell me that I had to drive it to a gas station to fill it up. When I got home I saw on the driver door there was damage and the top corner is sticking out due to the tow truck driver prying open my door. I called select asset and tried to make a complaint but the guy I talked to blamed me for the flat tire then hung up on me. I called back and talked to the boss ****** and she also blamed me for the damage and stated the damage was already there and that I went through an insurance company to fix it but that never happened any damage done to my vehicle I have fixed what my own hands. She then hung up on me as well and did not resolve this situation. I demand that select assets recovery pay for the damages done to my car. They also charged me $350 but my vehicle was stored in the tow yard for 9 days and they charge $25 per day. So they overcharged me as well. So Id like my $100 back as well.
