Constant lies, holding property that is not there's. Won't let us come puck up our car.Impossible to get ahold of. Extremely rude. We are now on day 2 of missing work because they took our car from a legally parked spot. We live over an hour from work and uber/lift do not come out to us. They are just "legal" car thiefs. This company needs to be shut down. I wish I could give 0 stars

They towed my car for repossession, and I was planing to get my car out. I had to get my car seat for my daughter out of the car. So they took my key and I got my car seat and stroller out of the car. She made me sign something before I took my property. Later on when I saw the receipt that she made me sign... it said I took my phone holder, loose change, and all this other stuff that I did not take. When I go redeem my vehicle, it is completely trashed inside, like someone was looking for someone. My phone holder, loose change, and chargers are gone. Papers of personal information are thrown everywhere. They keep my plates without letting my know!!! Very unprofessional and dis respectful of your property!!! And there is nothing I can do about it!!! I have to leave a star to leave a review and they do not deserve that!!!!

An employee named ********* assaulted my wife and called her a stupid b**** who should learn how to pay her bills after she was only attempting to recover the plates taken off of a vehicle that was left to her by a very recently deceased relative and WRONGFULLY repossessed. It was a clerical error and she physically pushed my wife and verbally and physically assaulted her despite no antagonization whatsoever. We ARE pursuing legal action and wont rest until we are confident this same scenario doesnt happen to someone else
