  Timeshare got canceled and they were generally pleasant to deal but it took longer than expected to finish the whole process. I started with them in late 2021 because I could not make any reservations with my resort in ****** because no one ever answered the member services phone number and I had forked over a hefty maintenance fee earlier that year so I was done with them. Well apparently to cancel the timeshare you have to get responses out of the resort and they ran into the same problems that I did when I was trying to book and that is why it took longer than we all thought. At least the timeshare is gone now.

  I purchased a timeshare and later found out that the saleswoman lied to me when she told me that there was not going to be a usage fee if I wanted to use the timeshare and also when I tried to cancel the timeshare when I went back to the sales center the next day, she said I could not cancel at all because the contract was final and that the state law about a cooling off period did not apply to the purchase because it was a timeshare and that made it real estate and not a normal contract. Well so then I called these guys and I explained to them the situation about the usage fee and the cooling off period and they confirmed basically what I already knew that the timeshare saleswoman lied to me through her teeth, just thinking about it makes me angry. Now I do not have a timeshare anymore so that is the good news and they actually did what they were saying they would do unlike that timeshare saleswoman who lied to me!!!

  My timeshare cancellation was delayed because I lost the documents they sent me to sign twice, and then I was having difficulty scanning so I mailed them back. I was starting to worry that I wouldn't be able to cancel my timeshare on time. Thankfully, Fastest Exit has great customer service and they were able to help me get everything sorted out. They were understanding and reassuring.

  They canceled my timeshare and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had been struggling with my timeshare for years and it always felt like an albatross around my neck. The problem I had with Fastest Exit was that my emails were constantly bouncing back to me, no matter how many times I tried to send them. After a few days, I finally figured out the issue. I was emailing the wrong address.

  I made a huge mistake when I impulsively bought a timeshare in ******. I knew it was a bad idea as soon as I signed the contract, but I felt like I was stuck. I was so relieved when I found Fastest Exit and they helped me cancel the contract and get a full refund. They made the process incredibly easy and it was done in no time. I'm so grateful to have found them. I won't be making that mistake again.

  Fastest Exit canceled my timeshare in a 120 days. I couldn't believe how quickly they handled everything, and the customer service was absolutely outstanding. Every time I had a question or needed an update, they were there to walk me through the process and answer all my questions. They even took the time to explain the details of the cancellation thoroughly, so I knew exactly what to expect. Thanks to them, I was able to get out of my timeshare quickly and easily. The only problem I've ever had with Fastest Exit is that sometimes they didn't return my calls the same day. And while I understand that they might have had a lot on their plate, it would have been nice to have a response the same day, or at least the next.

  Fastest Exit helped ** cancel our timeshare in *******, although, it took a little while longer than expected. We were told that the process would take about 5 months for our specific property. However, it took 7 months. They told us that the resort was experiencing delays in processing time because of Hurricane ***. I was able to verify this information as accurate after I contacted a friend who owned at the *********** after they tried to make a reservation for Christmas because the owner's service department was closed during the hurricane. The employees at Fastest Exit were friendly enough and we were able to avoid paying another maintenance fee.

  I had purchased three timeshares in ****** starting back to 2016 and I really regretted the decision. I was still making payments on the last one that I bought in February 2020 just before the pandemic happened. I am elderly and I really do not want to travel to ****** again for the foreseeable future so owning these timeshares just did not make any sense for me. I got a letter from Fastest Exit in May and I called them and it was a really great decision because I was able to stop making all the payments immediately. Fastest Exit was able to get me out of all the timeshare debt I owed and the membership was cancelled. I only had one problem with their service. The collection agency for the resort kept calling me and it took about 10 days for Fastest Exit to stop the calls. That *** be the fault of the post office, though, for when I sent in the paperwork.

  Scam letter requesting that I urgently contact them (Fastest Exit) to hire their services for backing out of a timeshare (Vidanta) that I did not purchase, do not own, and have never owned any timeshare. I noticed that I am not the only complaint of this type of solicitation and scare tactic by Fastest Exit, and this is my 3rd letter from them requesting my immediate reply. What ever data base they are using to generate their mailing list, it is bordering on harassment! Fastest Exit, Please remove me from your mailing list!
