  I was deeply impressed by the customer service at **********************. They handled my case with utmost care and professionalism, canceling all future payments to the resort efficiently. The staff was incredibly supportive, keeping me informed throughout the process. The initial consultation took a bit longer than I anticipated. Despite this delay, they successfully resolved my timeshare problem.

  I was given my elderly friend's ***** of ******** to deal with her claim on Fastest Exit to which she paid $19,000. It's been almost two years and they have done very little to resolve the claim. When I request her money back (since they guaranteed the return of her retainer if the claim isn't resolved in one year), I get nowhere. They are difficult to get a hold of and I've wasted so much time dealing with them. My only conclusion is that Fastest Exit is a scam.

  I would give Fastest Exit a million stars if I could. While I cannot talk much about the timeshare cancellation process as per the terms of the settlement, I can say that this is an exceptional business. I remember the time when businesses used to pride themselves on building relationships with their customers. Fastest Exit evokes that golden era. They're not just about the quick buck. They care about their customers.

  I have paid fastest exit $46k to get me my money and cancel the timeshare at the Vidanta. After a year and half my timeshare has not been cancelled. They do very little to help you with cancellation and will tell you every time that it takes time. My hearing with the attorney in ****** was over Easter and Fastest Exit closed for three days And gave no help. I would not recommend them. Give them 0 stars

  Scammers just like timeshare companies. They take your money with the promise that they will get you out of your timeshare contract quickly and recoup your money. After 3 years, Fastest Exit and their affiliate SwitchIt have done nothing.

  I am writing this on behalf of my mother who is bad with computers. She is on a fixed income and went to a sales presentation at a local hotel and bought into a vacation club. She heard a radio ad for Fastest Exit and called them and she was able to get a total refund from the vacation club. It seems they broke the law when they did not tell her of the cancellation period.

  I purchased my timeshare in July 2019 and I instantly regretted it. I was pressured into signing up because the salespeople would not let me use the bathroom until I signed the paperwork. Later when I left the bathroom, I tried to cancel the contract but they brought out this piece of paper that said it was going to pay me guaranteed rental income if I spent more money to list it. I lost my job during the pandemic and was counting on the rental income. None of it materialized. It was all lies. Fastest Exit sent me a letter that basically described everything I had suffered. 6 months later, the timeshare was canceled, my booking to the resort was refunded, and things are looking up.
