I fell for this scam with Fastest Exit. They told me they could get my Vidanta timeshar cancelled and get some money back. Well, the short version is that the Mexican business they use did get my timehsare cancelled and got their money for their work. I paid Fastext Exit a retainer and a fee for accomplishing their job. In return, I was to get a refund of a few thousand dollors. They took my info to wire the money to my checking account. It never showed up. Cannot reach them by phone of email. They do not respond. Their maiing address is a postal store so they have no office in **********. They should NOT be approved by the BBB for timeshare exits. This process took 1 year and 3 months. SCAM SCAM SCAM THAT YOU NEED TO STOP ******

I hired Fastest Exit in 2021 and they required $17,000 to pay the Mexican lawyers. This was to cancel my membership and was supposed to get me all the upgrades they talked me into. Vidanta sales promised by upgrading it would be easier for them to assist me in selling my membership. This was written on paperwork they kept and didnt include that paperwork with any of mine so I had no written proof. Fastest Exit told me they could get my money back. It is now ******************************* this April and my settlement was approved. I had to pay the taxes which was $17,000 before they would wire the settlement money on May 20, 2024. Well the 20th has come and gone and no money. I have been sending texts, emails and phone messages for the last three weeks with no response. I did put the $17,000 on a credit card which I will dispute.************

Fastest Exit is not answering telephones or emails fo rthe last week. They have taken money to pay taxes to ****** for a settlement to be forwarded to us and are not fulfilling their specific promise made to us in April. We are retired and out of money to Fastest Exit. We thought the real issue was the Resort faulse statements but the ones to help us are now taking advantage of us. ************

My name is *************************. I was contacted by ********************************* of Fastest Exit in May,2022 with the GUARANTEE promise of getting me out of a bad contract with Vindanta with in 365 days. He was aware of all of the terms of my contract. They totally missed the guarantee date and blamed the Mexican litigation process for the slowness of the process. The contract with Fastest Exit required a $1,900 (non refundable charge) for the Mexican arbitrator and a guaranteed refundable $13,600 for Fastest Exit services. These funds were paid through **** of America on 5/10/2022 and 5/11/22.After many conversations and emails between **********************, his case worker, ***************************, myself and the Mexican arbitrator, Profeco, I was told by ********************** on April 9. 2024 that a settlement had been reached, The terms of the settlement are as follows:PAYMENT 1 $xxxxx.** usd --30% commission for Fastest Exit -$14,816.00 Mexican tax. However, in order to receive the settlement the Mexican tax MUST be paid first.PAYMENT 2 $13,600 legal expense would be returned. The $14.816.00 was sent to Fastest Exit by ***** Fargo **** on April 15, 2024. I was further told that I would receive the settlement check between May 20 2024 and May 30 2024. The check was never received and miraculously, Fastest Exit phones have been down for maintenance since May the 30th. Follow up emails have not been responded too. This is a SCAM COMPANY.IF YOU NOTICE, ALL OF THE REVIEWS DEALING WITH VIDANTA RESORTS AND FASTEST EXIT SHOW THAT FASTEST EXIT HAVE FAILED TO PREFORM AS THEIR CONTRACT REQUIRES.

We dealt with Fastest Exit who promised that we could get back our money for a Timeshare purchased with Vidanta in **************. Part of the contract was that we would get the cost of the process with Fastest Exit refunded if they were not successful after one year. Well over a year after we signed up they were not successful, so we requested the promised refund. They said they were close to being successful, so be patient Another year went by and nothing. Then we got a phone call that they had been successful and the refund would be processed in 120 days but we had to immediately pay a tax of several thousand dollars required by the ******************* We asked for the details in writing, but they refused. They cancelled the contract and said it was because we refused to pay the tax, which had never been mentioned in any previous correspondence. Complete scam. Just as bad as all of the other scam attempts we have experienced trying to divest ourselves from the ************** **************

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. SUCH a scam!!!! I was asked to put up $20K to cover the legal expenses to not only get me out of my Vidanta time share, but that they would be successful in not only getting ALL my money back, but it would also include the. $20K!After over 2 years, they called and said they've reached a settlement, but I would have to pay another $20 in ****** tax before receiving the $$$.When you sign up with Fastest Exit, they have you email Desarrollo *****************************, to start the proceedings, but when you check with whom you emailed, they say they DO NOT work with FASTEST EXIT and that their service is free!! OMG!!*****************************, ***************************** are the names of whom work for Fastest Exit and are complete SCAM ARTISTS. I am going to file a law suit against them as I have all their conversations recorded!Pretty sure all of the good ratings you see on here for them, they put there themselves. that is why they point you to this site to see if they're legit. But they're not.

These are very serious allegations that have arisen from a misunderstanding of your contract situation. Fastest Exit has a communication policy in place to prevent these misunderstandings. The party you contacted was PROFECO, the consumer protection agency in ******. The attorneys assigned to handle your case deemed it essential that you go through the PROFECO process as having the complaint significantly increases the chances of the best possible outcome. While the PROFECO complaint process itself is a free filing, there are costs associated with the preparation of the complaint proceeding. ******************* are forbidden from endorsing private third parties. We have attempted to contact you to clarify your timeshare situation, however, all of our efforts have been ignored.

I think we have been scammed. Fastest Exit contacted us on several occasions via US ************** informing us we could get all or part of our money spent on Vidanta Tmeshare. We checked the BBB rating and they had 4 stars. ********************************* assured us we would have this settled in 120 days. The charge was related to the amount of money expected. We sent over $39,000 to Fastest Exit. ********************* turned our account over to *************************** Account Fulfillment Assistant who collected all our data.We contacted ******* after 120 days and she stated it would be 365 days. ****** called and stated our contract would be arbitrated Sept 20,2023, which is about 365 days since we signed the contract and arbitration would take about 6 week s. Now after over 12 weeks Fastest Exit will not answer our calls or return our calls after we leave many messages on their answering machine. The only explaination is that they were very professional at their operation to have a good rating with BBB and keeping us in hope until the end.

They skillfully navigated the complexities of international timeshare debt, achieving great results. My only critique is the intake process was a bit rushed. Nevertheless, they resolved my debt issue impressively.
