  I filed a claim a year ago with my insurance because a bunch of my shingles flew off in a stormand they were playing me saying there wasnt enough damage to cover warrant a replacement only giving me a little bit to buy shingles $260 but with my $1000deductible it I still had to pay all of it. Someone came to my house in August and I signed paperwork. I told them they were wasting their time because I already tried but if they wanted to do it what ever. They had someone come to do an inspection and ended up finding a bunch more damage. They filed a claim and turns out they were able to get more coverage to replace half of my roof where the shingles flew off. During the repair they found wood rot and I was scared I was then about to have to pay another $5000 for the wood welll their lady ******** did a appraisals and turns out I was supposed to get a full roof!!! This was a long process but through the whole thing I had the owner *** talking my through it and the lady helping me get my checks fixed with mortgage. Im super thankful for this company because who knows if my house would have started leaking if they didnt help me! Im going to tell my friends to look into this too better safe than sorry I always say!

  Working with AdjustPro at first I was a bit skeptical since there are so many scams out however they were able to win me a full roof replacement! There was a bit of a delay with the contractor and this one lady who was helping me out with AdjustPro was able to help switch to a different contractor and get my check fixed with my mortgage at the same time. My mortgage was asking for so many papers being signed I couldnt have did all of that by myself! Im so thankful they were able to help me.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!Best regards, ****** AdjustPro I would never have filed a claim if I knew my roof was fine 3 shingles and some paint its a hussle they try to get you a new roof and pocket the money if I had known better

  Been fighting with them for over a year for unpaid bill, they told me that the cost cover everything even the solar panel removal and reinstall, they received the money from my insurance but never paid the solar company, called them several times, then a person from their office start sending me emails and said that they will fix it in less than a week but after that that person stopped responding to my emails, and its been over a year and the bill was not paid, the person said that they already contacted the solar company and they are working on it, I called the solar company and they said no one contacted us, so I sent another email to the person and I asked him if he can confirm that, but he stopped to responding to me, all I want that you pay the solar company bill, no more no less, if not I am going to sue you.

  Dont agree for a roof repair from this company!! Absolutely the worst process, theres no communication, no update on process! Its been a year since the damage on my roof and still nothing has been fixed. They wanted to file an extension, I declined this offer and canceled my claim with insurance. Ive contacted all parties involved and asked for My deductible back which I still havent received!! *** also sent information where to send money back to insurance because they cashed the check without doing the work!! After multiple attempts to tell them were not moving forward theyve yet to reimburse my money back. I will be taking legal action, all money needs to be returned before youre sued!

  Been fighting with them for 2 months No response to my emails or calls. My spouse who lacks English reading proficiency signed what he was told was an Auth to contact liberty mutual. Turns out he signed an Auth an agreement for them to recieve payment. Liberty mutual said they were issuing a check to us and them. A co check. They were supposed to be here at 11:30 today. No call no show.. I called them asked for a call from the tech for resheduling. Nothing. I'm done with this company and filing a law suit in Pima County Superior Court.

  My husband and I contracted this company for a roof replacement project in December 2023. The insurance company issued payment around February or March. Since then, despite my numerous attempts to obtain updates on the project's progress, I have received nothing but the same infuriating responses: they are "attempting to schedule" or "include us in a build date schedule," always advising us to wait two weeks. Alternatively, they claim to have no idea what's going on and promise to reach out and find something out for us, only for us to be left waiting yet another two weeks. No one ever calls back. It is always me and my husband who have to reach out, and this has been the response for months from all the different people we talk to, and we are getting nowhere.I am deeply dissatisfied with Adjust Pro and regret ever choosing to work with this company. I feel like I have absolutely no control over the situation, and it seems they are just waiting for us to give up so they can run away with 30% of our money without ever getting the job done. I strongly urge others to heed this warning and the numerous negative reviews about this company. I am now left worrying if they will ever complete the job or, worse, if they will run off with the insurance money or do a subpar job, leaving my roof to leak as others have reported. I will never again do business with door-to-door solicitors.

  BUYER BEWARE!!!This company, from *********************** in sales to ******** (receptionist?) whom I have called multiple times for assistance in getting issues resolved that will promise you call backs or actions only to never follow up on their words. DO NOT expect this company to fulfill their promises. My experience has been nothing but disastrous from the moment I first answered my door to their sales person.

  Adjustpro Solutions is not the contractor, this is seems the be an issue with the contractor. Adjustpro was able to get the insurance to fully replace your roof, and save ***** thousands of dollars. We don't do the construction, if there are specific details that you would like us to rely to the contractor so they can improve their processes. Please let us know, and we will let the contractor know immediately. Adjustpro was very thankful for the opportunity to get your entire roof paid for by your insurance, anything else we can do for you please let us know. Thank you *****!

  When the ********** Solutions rep ************************* came to our home we were told that this would be a complete roof replacement including the shingles and elastomeric roof coating, we even pointed out a small leak in the elastomeric coating during the consultation, and we were assured that this would be included in the estimate. We never received the agreement that we signed prior to the work beginning on the roof, which should have been a warning sign. ********** Solutions contracted Nerd ******************* to do the actual roofing work, but they did not do the elastomeric roof coating portion of it, which we were made to understand by ********** was included in the project. When we talked to Nerd Restoration about the elastomeric coating we were advised they were not contracted to do the elastomeric portion by **********. This was quite a surprised us as ****************** the ********** rep was quite clear during our consultation that this was a complete roof replacement/repair, including the elastomeric portion of our roof. From this point on communication became very poor, there were no return calls, and when we did finally get ahold of someone in the ********** office we were told that they would make it right, but they did not. Furthermore, it's been over a month since the work was "completed" and we have still not received an itemized invoice to submit to our insurance company, ********** seems to have ghosted us, not answering or replying to our phone calls/emails - so now we are having issues with our insurance company because they have not submitted a finalized invoice from **********. This experience has truly been a disaster for us, and now we will be paying more out-of-pocket as we look for a contractor to finish the elastomeric portion of our roof as ********** straight-up lied to us about it. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with ********** Solutions.
