Closed a claim in April/May 2025. I'm expecting a refund check but keep getting the runaround. I've inquired numerous times and don't get a straight answer on when I should expect it. I have spoken to a manager/supervisor but nothing came from that conversation. I was told the refund is with the finance department, yet I'm not able to speak to anyone in that department.Business Response

I was approached by a door to door "inspector" who offered to inspect my roof for storm damage and support getting repairs from my insurance company. This occurred in October of 2024. The company provided the estimate and arranged for a check to be cut, then maintained almost daily contact until the check was signed and deposited into their accounts. Since that time, there have been at least 4 different "vendor" who have provided verbal contacts with offers to upsell or include solar, offers of in-house financing and connection to a paid program to "fix" my credit. I am tired of these bait and switch tactics and want these funds released to me in order to get the repairs done and my home protected.Business Response

I entered into a contract with Adjust Pro Solutions to repair my roof. However, to this day, no work has been done, and no materials have been delivered to my ******** an effort to resolve the issue, I traveled to ******* last month and spoke directly with the owner of the company. He personally guaranteed that the roofing work would begin on July 18, 2025. When that date arrived, I received a text message stating that due to limited personnel, the project would be postponed to the first week of August. Since then, I have not received any further updates, and all communication from the company has ********* make matters worse, my insurance company has already paid Adjust Pro Solutions half of the total cost$4,500as part of the claim. At this point, I am extremely concerned and disappointed with the lack of action and service form this company.I am requesting clarification on when the work will begin & end, or a full refund if the company is unable to fulfill its contractual obligations.Business Response

Adjustrpo solutions was hired to replace roof at the following address **************************. They did the claim with insurance company which is ******** and it was approved but I didnt know cause the company never came to fix anything. I found out about it until this year 2025 around April cause I made a second claim with another company and it was denied cause it had been paid for in 2022. Insurance paid over $11,000 to get the roof replaced by them. That is the reason Im making this complaint, I need someone to help me with this so I can get the money back to hire someone else. I have contacted them but no final response or solution. I need to get it fix **** before my insurance gets cancel.ThanksBusiness Response

We are moving forward with the roof build. Ms. ******* is in the preferred vendor contractors' build schedule, waiting for an installation date, and this is due to the recent storm activity. I have been informed that jobs have been delayed, which pushes more jobs out on the build schedule; however, I am confident that the contractor will complete the work.Initial Complaint

We were contacted us in November to have a roof fixed and we agreed on a price and had our insurance also look at it adjuster and stuff and we paid the amount $2,000 at requested and the insurance paid the first half of the payment which is over ***** they said they will have it ready by February we're here in August and no one's answering us no one's taking care of us our roof is starting to leak inside now and stuff more damage has been done to it and we just keep getting to run around they keep blaming the contractor the contractor says that it's them that aren't providing any information or have paid them for a past balances that they've already completed work and we're very frustrated already we don't know what other options to have we need our money back or we need a job completed thank you. Spoke to *** a supervisor who works for Adjustpro and NeRD. He advised that many people work for both companies. He stated due to cash flow issues they would not be able to refund until the full 8 weeks had passed. I told him that was unacceptable and that I would be filing complaints since I cannot get work done as they have all money. He also confirmed that the money was with Adjustpro. See timeline below:Contract with **** signed on 2/4/2025. Advised roof would be completed *******. $4000 sent to NERD on 2/4/2025 as downpayment. 4/18/2025 insurance check in the amount of $14,157.75 was signed over to ****** with Adjustpro/NERD. Reached out to ****** on 5/13/2025 & 5/27/2025 to help as **** had not contacted to discuss scheduling. **** called for additional information finally on 5/27/2025 & 5/28/2025. Called and left VM on: -6/3/2025 -6/4/2025 -6/5/2025 -6/6/2025 No response to VMs left on all above days. Called ****** with Nerd/Adjustpro on 6/6/2025 and was connected with *****. Roofers scheduled for week of 7/7/2025.****** received a call on 7/2/2025 from ******* with Adjustpro advising they were cancelling the roofing contract due to the roofing company being unable to complete the work. Advised at this point there was an 8 week turn around time to funds being sent back. Researched law and discovered that contractors who cancel have 10 days to refund payment. Called ******* to advise 8 weeks was not an acceptable timeframe. Per ******* she would contact us with the shipping information when the check was mailed. On 7/28/2025 received a text from ******* stating that she had made a mistake and the contract was not cancelled and they could get someone out in August to complete the work. Advised that ****** had received an email from ****************** that the project and funding for it had been cancelled and that we were not going to do business with them.Business Response

AdjustPro Solutions is a COMPLETE SCAM! One evening a couple years ago some guys were walking around my neighborhood and my husband fell into their trap. Here we are nearly 3 years later and all that has been done is we were robbed by these people for $4,985 from my insurance company! I have called over and over again demanding I get my money refunded to me and keep getting the run around and completely lied to by anyone who answers the phone, first it was *****, I was told someone would call me to discuss my repairs, never happend, then after many months of apparent "missed calls" I talk to someone who tells me that I would need to come out of pocket nearly 10K that was when I asked ti cancel all of this because it seems like a scam. I was told I would get my money back, this has never happened, it has now been almost 6 months of being told "the check is on it's way" only to be lied to over and over. I have spoken to someone named ******* and was promised more than once by her that I she would be sending the check, nothing has ever arrived. I have spoken to *****, again, they claim to be contacting their accounting department, yet nothing. The latest SCAM they pulled was calling me on July 3, 2025 to tell me that check was issued and was being sent via ****, I was given a tracking number that said the check was supposed to arrive yesterday, July 8, 2025 but the package never arrived. I called **** and was told the package was cancelled! I have called and my number is recognized by them because when they answer they know my name- even though they still ask. I get put on hold and no one ever gets back on the line. THIS IS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!Business Response

I have ZERO confidence that my refund has been sent. I have been tracking the "package" and there is no estimated delivery time. I contacted **** and was told it appers the package may have been cancelled. There is no reason a package from ******* to ****** should take this long. Date hired 08/2023 They opened a claim with my insurance received and cashed it no work has been completed. The statute of limitations is expiring in August of this year. I called the this year and they said they had canceled my job because I asked them too. Which is incorrect they verified I had not cashed the check they sent to be. They said ********** was in charge of my project. I never calls with updates I have to constantly call to see where the status of ,y roof replacement is. I was than assigned another public adjuster who left ********** but I was not notified. I been now calling ***** at the company who takes care of scheduling with roofers and have not heard back. They are prolonging time me I have to constantly call back with no answer. The times they do answer I have constantly made it a point that the statue of limitation is running out and roof needs to be replaced. They assure me it will happen before than but no one has scheduled a date. I have signed and made my deductible and my insurance has also provided ********** all has been very uneasy jumping from one company to another with no communication. Constantly having to call to have my roof replaced with no solution. Any help is greatly appreciated I am a single mom who is constantly working and dealing with this has been very stressful. This company has stolen $4,985 from me by filing a claim with my homeowners insurance on my behalf then NEVER performing any work at all! I have repeatedly called and requested my money and keep getting told check will be sent out next week and it never arrives. It is impossible to get someone in the phone who can give me straight answers. Bottom line, I want my money refunded so I can have work done on my home!
