    Terrible business. Took money 4 times from my different cards pretending payment doesn't passed, but according to my banks, all 4 times were successful.Customer service does not exist. Chat box saying one minute waiting time and I waited there for an hour with no response. No phone number at all. Shame on U-Haul, as they promote this business and put their logo upfront.

    I build a successful business with Movinghelp. We were a 4 to 5 star company with plenty of new and repeat customers that kept us busy through the whole year. We provided professional loading and unloading services to our customers . with over 25yrs experience. We begin to get customer calls saying they could not find us on Movinghelp. contacted Movinghelp no response. Soon after was not able to log in. Contacted Movinghelp . Response don't know why you are active. Tried changing my password. Contacted Movinghelp explained I can't service my customers unable to log in. No help. Contacted Movinghelp again with same problem. I was told your company has been suspended for too many cancellations. Cancellation they created. Lost the business we work so hard to establish. Movinghelp doesn't care about customer services. Hundreds of our customers got to friends with Movinghelp.
