1 starHello, a mover listed on MovingHelp.com (macho movers, led by ************************* based in ******** Ga) stole from us. Once they received the money for the move they left and did do anything besides loading some furniture. We have a police report. We contacted MovingHelp.com to get them removed from the site to prevent other families from the financial damage we went through. They have not done that yet. They do not care about protecting their customers.MovingHelp.com

The Service Provider that was reported has been removed from the Moving Help Marketplace however the order with the Service Provider was not booked through Moving Help or U-Haul but instead directly with the independent Service Provider so unfortunately we have no record of the service and would not be able to assist with any resolution with the helpers. We would recommend pursuing the movers directly and if necessary pursue legal action for compensation regarding any damages.Review fromJennifer R

1 starThere is no way to accurately determine the amount of time you will need the movers when you book them but if you over book there is no refund. The mover I used (Move on the Go) dragged my sleep number bed bases through the mud, broke my treadmill, dropped and broke my dishes, commented on my weight/age and made strong sexual advances. The company owner spent a lot of time trying to chat it up with me though he was being paid by the hour. My move ended up costing me $600 more than expected. I had to go to the bank 2 times to get him cash.I contacted Uhaul and they said they couldn't help me and that I should call the police. I tried to put a report in to Movinghelp.com but my work order, copied directly from the 'past moves', 'moving help' section of Uhaul was deemed invalid. I can't seem to get to them to make a claim. I will never use moving help from uhaul again and highly recommend anyone thinking about using them to reread my review and think about having this kind of experience on an already stressful day.MovingHelp.com

1 starHorrible experience! We were already going through a traumatic move forced out because we were in employee housing and my husband no longer worked for the company.Th movers never confirmed the day before. So I ended up calling another company and booking with them. Well I should have stayed with that company. But Mountain Time Movers sent a text short.y after I booked with the other company. Being a person with integrity, I decided I should stick with the people I originally booked and made a commitment to huge mistake when they finally showed up late, they did a walk-through quickly, then stated they needed to connect their dollies and would return. Never came back, but were in my house long enough to steal two gold necklaces. Mountain Time Movers has zero integrity and Hires thieves. If your thinking of doing business with moving help.com I strongly advise you do not.They have zero customer service. I was never able to reach anyone to either. Confirm my move or to discuss the problems about the movers and get a refund horrible experience I will never do business with movinghelp.com or mountain time movers again.MovingHelp.com

1 starMost horrible experience ever. Will never use Uhaul or the movers through uhaul. Arrived at our location late Thursday night. Movers supposed to be there at 8:00am next morning. Friday comes around and it's 10:00 still no movers. They had it down for Sunday no confirmation nothing. We had gotten a hold of them to schedule for Friday. Moving truck has to be back on Sat afternoon. So, we rescheduled with a different mover Carvers Moving for Sat morning at 8:00. He called us to verify everything, seemed super cool. *** rolls around he reached out to us saying th4 guy he hired to help backed out he was trying to get someone else. We informed him the night before we had to have the truck back by a certain time. He acknowledged that. Needless to say he ghosted us. We tried calling him, he would not answer, would not answer his text messages either. Pretty sad as he seemed pretty cool and we where appreciated that he was gonna come out early on Sat to help us out we even picked up some beer for him as a thank you. But to ghost us like this was uncalled for. My husband had to unload the whole truck himself. We will never use this service again through uhaul. I'm shocked my husband didn't hurt himself and really upset that we were even put into this situation. Tried calling uhaul and was transferred not once, not twice but three times to be places on hold for over 45 min. Did have time to be on hold we were on a time crunch. Had to hang up. We move often and will be using another company for sure even if it cost more.MovingHelp.com

1 starI unwisely scheduled with MovingHelp through the ***** site. I scheduled one MovingHelp party in ******* to drop off a U-box and pick it up the same day. The person did drop the box off, but then he did not return to pick it up. Nor did he return any phone calls or texts from myself or Uhaul. Our entire move was at risk of being delayed. We ended up having to rent a separate Uhaul truck and drive the box ourselves the next morning in a desperate attempt to keep our move on schedule.In the hours-long process of speaking with Uhaul and MovingHelp representatives, one representative "helped" me cancel my order with the MovingHelp party who left us stranded. Unfortunately, she also cancelled my order with my move-in help across the country. Once again, my entire move was at risk. Then, today I received a text and screenshot from my move-in help letting me know that "my" negative review was erroneously posted under their company profile. I was horrified, both because a review was posted under my name that I did not write and that it was affecting the wrong mover. The Uhaul representative posted it under my name. I did not consent to this. I have now been on hold with MovingHelp for over two hours trying to get this review removed. I can not remove it myself. Nobody is helping online or on the phone. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.I would recommend that nobody, ever, use MovingHelp.MovingHelp.com

1 starThey cannot help you if you have an issue with a moving company. In my case, a moving company broke some items and then refused to help pay for any of the damages. MovingHelp.com told me to kick rocks essentially, and that my only avenue was to bring them to court. Unsure what the point of moving help is in this situation besides a useless middleman. 1 starMoving Help refused to answer the phone and stopped answering my messages. Movers showed up late and then disappeared without moving anything in. The movers blocked my phone number only to call from a different one and berate me after receiving my yelp review. ***** also refuses to take any accountability for this s**** up. Understand Moving Help is a neutral venue as they say and will not confirm the quality of any independent contractor on their platform. Not will they answer or address any issues after they s**** you over. All you will get is a lame response from them to your complaint - See below:MovingHelp.com
