      WE SENT HER OUR INITAIL  LETTER ON  11-12-2019,   WE REPORTED THIS ITEM ON  OR AROUND 12-15-2019,  WE RECIEVED AN E ***** DISPUTE FROM EXPERIAN ON 4-29-2024, WE WILL SEND HER VALIDATION OF THE ***** WE HAVE UP TO  30 DAYS TO INVESTIGATE THE DISPUTE AND SEND HER OUR FINDINGS, IT HAS ONLY BEEN  4 DAYS,

      I have requested validation on three separate occasions. The first time a ************************ claimed that they have already validated the debt with me and attempted to proceed with me paying for the debt. I explained that I have never requested validation prior to that. Since then, the company has ignored all of my requests to validate the debt.

      THE DEBT  IS  7 YEARS  OLD  AS OF MARCH 2017 IT SHOULD NO LONGER BE ON HER CREDIT,  SHE SHOULD CONTACT EXPERIAN CREDIT REPORTING AND INQIRIE INTO WHY IT IS STILL REPORTING, WE DO NOT SHOW THAT IT IS REPORTING

      We do not have a contract with him, he has a contract with our  client,  he never requested a copy if his contract from **,  He  filed a disputed with the credit bureau,  and we sent him validation to him which includes a  copy of his signed lease agreement((contract)) on  or about 2-13-2024 to his address provided  on the dispute ((***********************************************************************************; *****

      OUR client believes he does owe this debt, he doesnt have contract with us collections west but does have one with our client,  he never requested a copy of his contract from **,  he did promise to pay this debt to one of our agents  back in 2021, but since then every time we call his no# some one picks up then hangs up on our agents, its the same no# he listed as his no# in this complaint  (*************))  this just a ploy to try to get  a legitimate debt  removed from his record with the reporting agency
