I have requested validation on three separate occasions. The first time a ************************ claimed that they have already validated the debt with me and attempted to proceed with me paying for the debt. I explained that I have never requested validation prior to that. Since then, the company has ignored all of my requests to validate the debt.Business Response

OUR client believes he does owe this debt, he doesnt have contract with us collections west but does have one with our client, he never requested a copy of his contract from **, he did promise to pay this debt to one of our agents back in 2021, but since then every time we call his no# some one picks up then hangs up on our agents, its the same no# he listed as his no# in this complaint (*************)) this just a ploy to try to get a legitimate debt removed from his record with the reporting agency
