      She is correct she doesnt have a contract with US COLLECTIONS WEST,INC. BUT SHE did have a contract with  *************************(DBA ***** RIDGE APTS **** ***************** *** ** )) we sent copys of all media  including the lease agreement to her on 8-30-22 when we received  a dispute from her via experian credit reporting, a judgment has also been adjudicated against her ,

      This company used to own the apartment building ******************** St which was formally known as The Tides on Lemon Street at the time I signed a lease there August of 2018. I was shown a different unit at the time I came to view the apartment. I was told I would not be able to get the keys to view the unit until I paid the first months rent and signed the lease. I was taken advantage of by the Leasing agent at the time whos name was ****************************** upon moving in, there was a horrible stench throughout the unit. We eventually found mold through the kitchen and bathrooms. I immediately notified ******* and asked if we could be moved into another unit because no one should have to live with black mold. He denied my request and told me that its not a big deal and that he would have a mold contractor out within a few days to take a look at our unit. The next few weeks we were given the run around on why mold contractors have not begun working on our unit. 17 days later on the 17th of September, mold contractors finally came to begin work on our unit and they told us that we needed to pack our stuff and evacuate IMMEDIATELY because the black mold infestation was so bad that it would be hazardous to our health. Those few weeks, my apartment became a construction zone. The kitchen sink along with parts of the wall in every room were removed. I decided to end my stay at the Tides on Lemons expecting a full deposit for being given an uninhabitable unit. ******* denied giving me my deposit, despite the unit being filled with black mold. This incident happened in 2018 and still affects my credit till this day. I am looking for the $1465 balance on my credit profile to be removed. The apartment complex is closed till this day because of how uninhabitable the apartments were. They kept my $1,700 deposit, and Im not even asking for that back. I just want this removed. Photos are attached from the review I left years ago on *******

      This is not my account. I am not liable for this debt with AVALON SCHOOL OF COSMETOLOGY. The company has knowingly reported a fraudulent account on my credit report. I demand this be removed from my credit report immediately

      Please provide verification and documentation that there is a valid basis for claiming that I must pay the debt to the current creditor. For example, can you provide a copy of the written agreement that created my original requirement to pay?
