I am filing this complaint regarding an inaccuracy on my credit report: US COLLECTIONS WEST IN - ************** - $0**. Upon reviewing my credit report, I discovered this unverified and inaccurate entry, which is causing harm to my credit profile. Despite my attempts to dispute this, no meaningful investigation has been conducted, and the issue remains unresolved.Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), I am entitled to dispute inaccurate or unverifiable items on my credit report, and I am requesting that this entry be thoroughly investigated and removed from my file.The continued presence of this inaccurate entry has affected my ability to access credit. Collections agency refuses to remove multiple accounts on my credit report for a single debt to an original owner that no longer exists. They trumped up the bill with fees and charges they dont have in the contract and claims an outrageous total. Company is rude, condescending and doesnt follow the law. And for some reason they seem to think it collects interest. The more I read about this company the more it can tell they scam people like this all the time. the account in question is for the same apartment but is for 2 different types of debt, one is a judgment at one int rate granted by the court, the other amounts have not been adjudicated by the court, and the lease does not call for interest to be paid, we are not charging interest on that account but we are per the court ordered judgment on the other amounts due, thus 2 different amounts due, one incurring interest one is not, we have sent validation to the consumer but she lists different addresses but fails to include her apartment number, this may be the reason she is not receiving mail sent to her by us, we have never spoken to her, she is welcome to call ********************* to discuss further, ************, thank you (( we have not broken any laws, we received a (CFPB COMPLAINT from her yesterday and she list a different address and also did not include her apartment number,Initial Complaint

I informed you via phone call on May 22, 2024, that I am a victim of identity theft. During that call, you requested that I dispute the debt. While I have received the notice of the debt collection, I have never received the original contract as requested.
Furthermore, I mailed my identity theft file to you on June 25, 2024. I urge you to review this matter thoroughly and provide the necessary documentation to verify the legitimacy of this debt. As previously communicated, I notified you of my identity theft situation on May 22, 2024, and sent my identity theft file to your office on June 2024.
