      I bought the extended coverage. A year and a half later and my AC Compressor goes out. For two days they tried telling our mechanic that we only had a 30 day/1500 mile warranty and it was expired. After verifying that I had the coverage, they still tried to deny the claim saying my warranty was expired. After the mechanic and I called them together we finally got the work approved. 4 days later, the mechanic submits the invoice and Silver Rock tried to say that the invoice submitted was higher than what they approved. Anything to try to get out of paying the claim. they have no problem taking money from people, but do everything they can to not provide the services that they promise and that people pay for.

      This Company is b%#%%#%# i pay for this warranty a lot of money and my car have some problem . Whent i make the claim two time for diference problem the warranty dont cover i have to pay my self .

      I will never ever use silver rock this company is ******** I been paying for this warranty for a min and every time I take my car to get fix ooh it's not under warranty so what the h*** is under warranty I'm on a fix income and you'll just taking people money it's a shame

      Im extremely disappointed with SilverRock Warranty. We purchased a vehicle from ******* and within less than a month, it had a major issueessentially a lemon. What followed was a nightmare trying to get it repaired under warranty.SilverRock completely dragged their feet in getting the repair started. Instead of authorizing *** to use the correct part from the beginning, they sent a used, refurbished part to the dealership. Once *** confirmed the part was wrong, SilverRocks solution? They asked *** to modify the incorrect part rather than just purchasing the correct one directly from the dealership. Completely unacceptable.This delay has left us without a car. We exhausted the rental reimbursement in the first week, and now the loaner must be returnedwhile SilverRock still refuses to do whats right for the customer. They are choosing cost-cutting over common sense and customer care.The entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and stressful. If youre considering SilverRock for warranty coverage, think twice. This company is not reliable when it matters most.

      *** had the worst possible experience with this company. Its like their right hand doesnt know what their left hand is doing! Its obvious that the tires on my car are in poor condition after receiving the car from *******. Its also obvious the car is out of alignment. My claim was submitted over a week ago, and no one from Silver Rock seems to have a clue what is going on with it.

      Im extremely disappointed with my experience with SilverRock. I purchased a vehicle through ******* for $20,000 and ran into a serious electrical issuejust 16 days after the limited warranty expired. We had only driven the car ***** miles, and the issue affected critical components like the screen, safety settings, and system updates, making it a major safety concern.I reached out to SilverRock in good faith, hoping they would consider the circumstancesespecially since delivery delays impacted our ability to detect the issue earlier. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to offer any flexibility or assistance, even though the problem clearly began within what should have reasonably been considered the coverage period.SilverRock made it clear they are bound strictly by contract terms and do not take individual situations into account. As a customer who believed I was protected, I feel incredibly let down. I would caution others to be aware that support may not extend beyond the fine printeven when the issue is serious and timing was out of your control. Not to mention i let it go when the van itself showed up with chips in the windshield as well as scratches, dents, and even yellow tape hiding more damage near the passenger door. Extremely shady. I now believe the reason they kept pushing back my delivery date is that they had issues. They claimed the vehicle "needed to spend one more night" at their service center. I now have sunk 20 000$ in purchasing. 2000 in shipping. Only to have nothing covered and no remorse for tye fact that any self respecting dealer would have fixed this problem. Do NOT buy form caravan or silverrock.

      Every issue Ive had with my car, Ive had to fight to get it repaired. A blown transmission on a car with ****** miles on it, somehow was not put into the system the right way, so I can not get my rental car money back. Their customer services professionals give you the same line over and over as if you didnt hear them the first time, thinking you will magically get it and be okay with it. Go with another, more organized company that actually tries to solve your problem instead of a company that employs robots who cant really do anything right.
