1 starDont purchase your warranty from this establishment they deny most of the repairs and when they do approve any repairs they scheduled you to the repair facility in different city and after receiving diagnosis the facility tells you come back another day because they need 6hrs to fix it. Next day you find out that theres a in network facility closer to me and wanted to continue the repairs there after getting two weeks of runarounds from the repair facility and Silver Rock my plane was not transferred to another facility. Now, I have to go through the legal process to get this resolved because I refuse to be forced to take into a facility who refused to close my claim thats a big red flag for me. Not sure what their intentions are and for this establishment to not care for their customerss concern me and forcing them to take it into the facility of their choice is mind blowing avoid this place at all costSilverRock

1 starDo not buy a warranty plan for this company. Do not pay for the things that the the policy says is covered. I purchased a used *** optima with low mileage on odometer. I have had the car for six months The engine is malfunctioning and burning oil. The catalytic converter is bad, my air conditioner its no longer getting cold and it is not a Freon leak. Silver rock states they need proof but they will not approve paying for The diagnostics necessary to prove it, other than a simple computer scan. So I am now stuck without a running car.SilverRock

1 starI purchased a vehicle on 4-8-25 or pickup. I like the vehicle but as Im driving home it starts to jerk and flutter. I didn't drive the vehicle again. I contacted Silver Rock was informed where to take it and have it checked.The vehicle has been there since April 18th with no results..I've contacted both the repair company/ Silver Rock.The repair company statement was that they are waiting on Silver Rock!!! Called them back twice they said to give them 72 hours..Well it's past and gone...Im very disappointed in both carvana and Silver Rock..I paid cash for the vehicle and got extra warranty coverage..SilverRock

1 starI could not be more unhappy with my experience with SilverRock and Carvana. What is being sold as an extended warranty is a system built to delay, deny, and deflect ******************* is what I experienced:Mechanic failures are blamed on the buyer.SilverRock referred me to a mechanic who failed to complete the repairs properly or on time. Rather than help resolve the issue, SilverRock told me it was now my responsibility. The mechanic they selected did not finish the work, and I am the one stuck with the cost.Outdated reimbursement process The reimbursement system is completely manual. You have to fill out forms, scan them, email a PDF, wait two weeks, then repeat the process when they claim they never received it. I am still waiting for reimbursements.Scripted offshore support **************** does not solve problems. The agents read from scripts, offer no ability to escalate the issue, and take no ownership of the ********** real protection The warranty sounds good on paper. But when something goes wrong, you get passed between ******* and SilverRock until your coverage window expires. Then you are on your ********* thought This is a setup that leaves buyers fully responsible for repairs. Do not pay for the extended warranty. ******* does not stand behind the vehicles they sell and SilverRock does not protect you. If there were a rating lower than one star, I would give it.SilverRock

1 starI purchased the top tier 5 year extended warranty with SilverRock through my ******* purchase in ******** *******. Within 6 months of the vehicle purchase I started having major transmission issues. When I went to get my vehicle inspected I called SilverRock before choosing a location as to be in compliance with the policy. They provided me 3 options. Each of those (approved vendors) locations told me that they would not do business with SilverRock because they dont pay their bills. After this conversation at their suggested vendors I repeated this concern to SilverRock.and they found me a Midas in ****** AL 20 miles away from my home that would take my vehicle. ****** Midas kept my vehicle for 6 weeks, They mis-diagnosed the issue then after the local **** dealership diagnosed it as a failed transmission SilverRock agreed to replace the transmission. The **** service associate said under no circumstances would they do business with SilverRock. He stated that SilverRock provides sub par parts and they have never been able to cover the expense of the installation. So back to ****************** we went, where they had to reinstall the replacement transmission 4 times. Each time I incurred labor costs that they claimed would not be covered by SilverRock. In the end I received a surprise $1300+ bill that had been told was completely covered. The bill included dealer diagnostics and multiple other parts and labor costs that ***** said was not covered in the warranty. Stay away from the SilverRock warranty option. Stay away from ***** at ******************. ******* should look at how SilverRock does business and evaluate the damage this does to their reputation. This experience was horrible. Read the details of your terms before you commit to anything with SilverRock, Bessemer Carvana and ****** Midas. This premium 5 year warranty is not worth the paper to print.SilverRock

1 starDO NOT PURCHASE A CAR WARRANTY FROM SILVER ROVK. This Is a scam. I bought a car from ******* in September ***************** May 2025. My check engine light came on. The mechanic said I needed a ****** pump the mechanic filed a claim with silver rock and it was DENIED. I was very upset, but paid for the service anyway. The following Monday the check engine light came on once again and now Im angry. I take it back to the same service provider provided by *************** and he tells me its a valve in the engine, and that the warranty should cover it, but you already guessed it it was.DENIED. The manager stated that he try to dialogue with silver rock as to why they would not cover the repair and they told him they could not talk to him about it because it could cause fraud with the mechanics. This company.*****. I dont know anything about car so I could not dialogue with them about why they denied both my claims. I canceled my insurance the same day as the second time was the night both times my repair was for something impacting my engine which is what they are supposed to cover. Dont waste your moneySilverRock

1 starReview: Extremely Disappointed with Service and Warranty Handling Ive had an ongoing issue with my vehicle starting in March 2025, involving electrical system faults (cross traffic, blind spot), a malfunctioning passenger window, and a broken side mirror regulator. Despite multiple repair visits and parts replacements, the issues kept returning. The situation became even worse when poor reassembly led to a severe water leak, soaking my carpet.The most frustrating part was dealing with the warranty company. They initially tried to deny the claim, refusing to acknowledge this as a continuation of an unresolved repaireven though it clearly was. Im glad I kept my own evidence (emails, photos, service notes), or they would have completely dismissed it. I was also told that if it turned out to be their fault, they would reimburse my rental vehicle expenses. After several calls and being reassured, they still refused to cover the full cost.This experience was exhausting and unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this repair network or warranty provider to anyone looking for reliable service or accountability.SilverRock

Statement of Events Vehicle Repair History 2020 **** Explorer This statement outlines the ongoing issues with my vehicle and the attempts made to diagnose and repair them from March through May 2025.March 19, 2025 I began experiencing several issues with my vehicle, including:Side mirror regulator not working Cross Traffic System FaultBlind Spot System FaultFront passenger window not working The sensor faults and window issue appeared to be related. The window functioned normally when the sensor faults were not present.March 20, 2025 I brought the vehicle to a repair shop and reported all of the above issues. I also sent an email with supporting evidence.The shop repaired the side mirror regulator.However, they were unable to determine the cause of the sensor faults or the passenger window issue.April 18, 2025 When the same faults reappeared, I returned to the same repair shop.They stated they found and repaired an issue in the window regulator harness.May 9, 2025 The faults returned. I brought the vehicle back to the shop.They informed me that there was nothing further they could do and recommended I take the vehicle to a dealership.Following this visit, I contacted my warranty provider to explain the situation.They instructed me to bring the vehicle to another in-network repair facility.That shop attempted to diagnose the issue but was unable to determine the root ******** a next step, they replaced the door module.May 17, 2025 Despite the replacement, the same issues occurred again.The warranty provider then arranged for the vehicle to be taken to a **** dealership for further inspection and repair.Current Status (as of June 2025):The original issues are still occurring.A new fault has developed: Auto Hold System Fault.Additionally, after previous repairs, the door seals and frame near the windshield were not reinstalled properly.This resulted in a significant water leak during rain, which soaked the carpet and may have caused further interior damage.This statement is submitted to document the ongoing nature of the problem and the multiple unsuccessful attempts at repair, in support of continued warranty assistance or further *****************: Extremely Disappointed with Service and Warranty Handling Ive had an ongoing issue with my vehicle starting in March 2025, involving electrical system faults (cross traffic, blind spot), a malfunctioning passenger window, and a broken side mirror regulator.
