1 starSilver Rock Warranty, is the worst concerning their car rental reimbursement. I had my SUV in a dealership shop. The dealership had my SUV for two weeks trying find why my SUV stop working. After I got my SUV and put a request for an reimbursement, they said that I only get it for one day only. I need the rental to go to work. Now I know the warranty that I paid for is the worst. My wife have a warranty for heir car and it is much better.SilverRock

Its important to note that every customer receives a copy of the Limited Warranty terms at the time of vehicle purchase, along with a copy of their *************** Contract, if applicable. These documents detail the maximum allowable rental reimbursement amounts allocated for covered breakdowns. 1 starBought a car four days later it was in the shop. The mechanic recommended a lot of necessary repairs and silver rock sent out an inspector that is not a mechanic and they did not authorize half the repairs recommended. 3 1/2 weeks in the shop got the car back a week ago. Its back in the shop again and now theyre trying to charge me a deductible over the same issues that werent fixed right the first time..They are gonna do whatever they can not to do the necessary repairs to your vehicle,because it comes out of their pocket even though I pay for the extended warranty!! If I wouldve known, this is the type of warranty company I have to deal with * wouldve never bought the car..SilverRock

1 starThis warranty company is nothing but a scam . ******* made my issue right but this warranty company resolves nothing ! Legit scam and make it so hard to use the warranty that its impossible ! A class action lawsuit is needed and I may just be the one to start it .SilverRock

1 starThe warranty is a gimmick. They cover nothing and are expensive. When you try and cancel the warranty they want you to go through hoops to do so. I submitted a claim for a radar sensor on 08/08 which they denied after being told it was covered under my warranty. They are very unhelpful and unpleasant. Operators need to be trained correctly. Each time I contacted silver rock I had a different answer on my issue.SilverRock

1 starI bought a 2022 ******* for my son and filed a claim with their warranty company on the 4th day of having the vehicle. I took the car to ********* for an inspection it was found that the car needed brakes and had warped rotors. ******* claims to inspect their cars before selling them. That cant be true because this issue should have been found. They denied my claim and now I have to spend $1500 replacing this myself after spending 42k on the car only having the car for 9 days now. ********** is the warranty company and would not pay for the repairs needed after only having the car for 4 days.SilverRock

1 starBought car from ******** 2 weeks later find back hatch is leaking and starting to scrape bumper/taillights.******* says contact silverrock. They have me get it looked at with 2 opinions. Make me drive 1 hour away to get repaired and rent a car. 5 days later deny my claim. Myself, repair shop, and first service station support me this is broken and needs to be fixed. Its not my fault. Est. $3200.00. Talk to multiple people. They do not care. They first said its cosmetic. When confronted thats wrong they blamed me, Carvana, Auto shop, make up other repair reasons, insinuated made up hypothesis, Etc over 2 weeks. 2 weeks without a car and they wont cover my rental now.3 way call with silverrock and ******* ended with no help. I have now filed a report with my Attorney General and paying out of pocket to get my car fixed finally. Do not do business with anyone that has them as a warranty company. Their customer service **** are not on the same page and can be snarky. Worst experience ever with a company like this by miles.SilverRock

1 starI wish I can give this place 0 stars. I just bought a 2011 Chevrolet impala ** from ******* and brought it to the in-network mechanic provided by Silver Rock and they denied my claim. I have bent rotors and worn brake pads on the entire car and they won't approve my claim. They said the brakes were fine, despite what the mechanic said. Poor customer service and no help at all with the repairs. I don't recommend this company. Find your own mechanic.SilverRock

1 starOne of the worst warranty companies I've ever dealt with! They try anything and everything to get out of covering repairs you know its bad when multiple mechanics in the area warn you about this company and them being super shady! I've literally felt like I've been scammed at this point cuz they took all this money from me but haven't helped at all with fixing my vehicle cuz they will always find something small or dig for a reason to deny you. The company literally seems like it's a big scam to steal ur money! SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! By the looks of it theres many others on here that have left reviews about similar things happening to them with this company. If you have a choice of any other warranty company go with the other one READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING I REALLY WISH I HAD WHEN I GOT MY CAR JUST WASTED ALL THIS MONEY ON THIS WARRANTY TO GET SCAMMED!WARRANTY IS BEING SOLD AT DRIVETIME WITH CAR PURCHASE BE AWARE WHEN BUYING CARS FROM THEM NEVER TAKE THE WARRANTY WITHOUT DOING RESEARCH ON THE COMPANY!SilverRock

1 starAbsolute WORST warranty company I have ever dealt with! Every time you call you get different information. My car was in the shop for motor issues on 7/19, the repair shop requested a full timing job but SilverRock didn't want to pay for it and only wanted to replace certain parts to the motor that needed to be replaced. Five days later the car is back in the shop for those same motor issues, now needing a full motor replacement, and SilverRock wants to charge me a second deductible even though the repair shop and myself have explained these are come-back issues from the original claim and one of SilverRock's own representatives confirmed over the phone on 7/25 that this would not result in another deductible! If they had approved the timing job the first time there was a chance the motor could have been saved, but now I'm stuck without a car for a month while SilverRock takes their sweet time sending an inspector out and approving the claim - just the inspection and approval process alone took a week! Not only did they refuse warranty services but they are also nickel and diming us for every ***** they can to try and get back what they're spending in our warranty coverage! An absolute disgrace, this company should be shut down! I've never dealt with SilverRock before and NEVER will again!SilverRock
