    Made purchase March 11,2024 for 2 necklaces. I seen advertisement on Facebook, directed me to Siren Ice website made purchase using Afterpay. Completed my Afterpay payments and I had not received product. I reached out by phone, received voicemail. Next, I sent email on website and from my personal email April 12, 2024 and received a generic email they received my order it takes time 4-8 weeks and 2-3 business days. That time has passed. No more responses to my emails. This is a scam company. I want my money back Order#5922

    I purchased 2 rings on 2-29-2024 for $36. Their website says most orders ship within a week and you would get updates tracking. After 2 months I sent an email asking why mine says it’s still in “the design” stage and received no answer. A couple days ago I tried again and still can’t get them to email me back. If they can’t fulfill my order then I want a refund, this company seems like a scam to me.

    I purchased 2 custom made pink necklaces from Siren Ice on February 22, 2024. I have received my merchandise. I contacted them several times, just to receive vague emails, stating I would be emailed once my items are available. I have waited for the time Siren Ice asks you to before escalating the process. I only want my products, and I'm not sure what the problem is. When I call Siren Ice, I only get a recording. Can you please ask them to deliver the merchandise that I paid for.

    I purchased a limited time bundle from SirenIce Jewelry on March 19th and haven’t had no communication with them for about a week so I went to my bank Credit Karma to get my money back for the transaction and they gave it back then reversed it like Siren Ice responded to Credit Karma but not me so it’s a lot going on behind the scenes I’m not aware of and Credit Karma will not give me my credit back for that and I’ve reached out to Siren Ice multiple times and I’ve asked for a refund and still no response it’s been a month and it really feels like this company is scamming customers and are getting away with it.

    I made a purchase in the amount of $213.50 on February 10, 2024, order #****. On February 18, 2024, I received an email notification from [email protected] that my order was in customization. On April 2, I emailed [email protected] to get an order status and did not get a response. On April 4, I inquired again and forwarded a copy of the status update request to [email protected]. My attempts to reach the company via telephone were met with an automated message and a full voicemail inbox. To date, my inquiries have gone unanswered and my order status has not changed. At this point, I feel I am a victim of fraud and this company should be investigated. They have a very heavy social media presence so they may be scamming thousands.

    I placed in order from this company in February of 2024 and I have been contacting the business in regards to when will i receive my item that I placed an order for and someone has been writing me through email stating I should be receiving my order soon but I still haven’t. I feel as if they are giving me the run around about everything. I have requested to get a refund but no one has responded. I am very upset because here it is April and May will be coming soon and I paid my hard working money for something that I haven’t gotten yet. I really hope something can be done.

    I placed an order on Feb 3rd and never received it. I never received a confirmation email nor an order number. The merchant does not respond to my emails. No one answers the phone number the merchant has listed, and the voicemail is full.

    My name is Meesha Reed I made a purchase with Sirenice at the beginning of November 2023 it is now April 1st 2024 they have not responded back to any of my messages can't reach them by phone I feel like I was scammed I am extremely hurt and embarrassed by the situation please help me get my money back

    I placed an order # Online # ************ with this company on 2/24/2024.

    Since then I have not received my order and only received a partial refund even though I’ve emailed them multiple times requesting a full refund.
