    Placed order for three pieces in February. Reached out multiple times because it’s now a month since any updates, you cannot reach an actual person and their address is an apartment complex. Emailed with no response, i simple want my money.

    In ordered a necklace form Siren Ice on 02/25/2024 and spent $53.50. I have not received the necklace OR a response to any of the 3 emails asking for an ETA on where the necklace was. I just want a refund. I emailed them on March 5th, 11th and 12th. The order #*****

    This company claims to make jewelry but have been scamming their customers ! I paid $73 for a necklace and never received it nor received a reply back from customer service ! There’s no way to reach out because the messages are full on the voicemail! They don’t reply back to emails ! They blacked me from there IG page regarding my necklace ! I just want other people to be aware and not make the same mistake I did ! They have fake reviews and no where to leave an actually review ! Please look into this fraudulent building !

    I placed the order on the website for the buy one get one free necklaces and I have yet to receive them. I saw the ad on Instagram. I sent them multiple emails no response. The phone number listed is disconnected afterwards. I searched out the page On Facebook and all the comments are scam fraud scam fraud. I’m going to contact my bank because I need my money back.

    I placed an order on 10/22/23 for $80.55 which was paid in full through Affirm. On Nov 3, I emailed asking when it would ship, (it is NOT a custom order). They immediately responded that there was technical difficulties that caused a delay but typical production was 3-4 weeks from order date for custom jewelry, again mine was not a custom/engraved order. Once made standard shipping is 5-7 business days, and should arrive in 14-19 days. Nov21, still no order and no more response. Dec 27, emailed again, tried calling (voicemail full tells you to email) still no response. Jan 18, 2024 I emailed them again asking what I need to do. Emailed again today 2/21 asking for a full refund. Please help me get this resolved. Thank you.
