I ordered 2 custom necklaces on March 13th 2024 and got a “order confirmation” that my order was submitted and I was charged $133.50. On March 21st 2024 I got an update that my order was in customization. Since then I haven’t received any updates, and the tracking status hasent moved. There’s no contact info to try calling. I know customized pieces take longer but 4 months with absolutely no update is ridiculous I’ve never had customized jewelry take this long, I even ordered “shipping protection”. My bank said it’s too late to dispute it through them. I’ve done research and am now convinced “siren ice jewelry” is a scam/ fraud. Considering you can’t even get ahold of anyone plus all the reviews on them with similar situations. No ones getting jewelry that’s being ordered from them. I will never recommend this company to anyone! Absolutely terrible. Please shut the website down and if possible find out who’s behind it to get a refund.

I have made a purchase before January..(order #2437). I wrote to them in February and March trying to find out why my order wasn't sent.. they wrote back in April stating that the pieces are unique and there was a mix up in the shipping of items and to be patient and it will be on the way. I wrote back in June and still haven't received a response... I have spent over $350 for purchases that I haven't received... they sent a $100 gift card which I used towards my purchase and still haven't received anything....Initial Complaint

I purchased from Siren Ice on March 18th for 2 necklaces and received an update on March 26th that they were in the customization stage. After March 26th I received no further communication. Sent 2 emails asking for an update and was never contacted again. The email was [email protected]. Beware the ads on playing on both Facebook and Instagram. I purchased a custom necklace on 12/28/23 and a charge of $113.62 was deducted from my account that same day. I reached out for status on 1/13/24 and was told it was custom and would take 3-4 weeks. I reached out again on 2/17/24 where I was again told 2-4 weeks. I then emailed again on 3/9/26 and did not receive a reply until 3/28/24 and was told 4-8 weeks and assured it was being processed. Since I still hadn’t received it on 5/4/24 I emailed again and asked for a refund. To date (6/12/24) I still have no item and no refund.
