    I ordered from a company called SirenIceJewelry back in November 2023 and never received my order I’m requesting my money back but I can’t reach them. No communication from them, I was scamed

    On February 22, 2024 I ordered two custom design necklaces from Siren Ice. My total was $133.50. In my order confirmation email I was given an order number to use for tracking and a 3-4 week time frame before shipment. 4 weeks later and every time I checked, the only update I got was that my order was still in design. I emailed the company on March 27, 2024 asking about the order, they responded saying custom pieces may actually take 4-8 weeks, so in my mind I thought “no problem, they might still need some time to finish the order, and they answered with a time frame so I’ll wait.” Tomorrow is June 1st and I have yet to receive any order from them…. I have checked the shipping address multiple times and it is correct, I have searched my email over and over making sure I didn’t miss a shipment confirmation email, and I have emailed the company two additional times asking about my order, with no response. Now when I go to the website, it seems to be “down.” I am requesting a full refund for my order since I have yet to receive it or even an email update since the company’s “4-8 week” time frame expired in April. I would just like my money back from this company that seems to just be a scam.

    On March 8, 2024 I made a purchase from Siren ice jewelry for two customized necklaces (BOGO). The total cost was $114.45 which includes $100 for necklaces, $3.50 for shipping protection and $10.95 for the shipping.
    A few days later I received an email thanking me for my purchase and an order number (5622). So, several days past I started checking for updates and it was saying customizing.
    On April 1st I sent an email checking if my items will be ready soon and if they could overnight them because I wanted to give the necklace to my daughter on the 6th for her 25th Birthday gift. They replied on the 6th of April stating " it takes up to 4-8 weeks for custom pieces. And a few more days in case of high volume. Once order is ready they will promptly share tracking details". So I was hopeful and patiently waited.
    Now, the end of April I started checking again and it stated customizing ( like previous days). So, around the first week in May I went to check on my order and the website was GONE! No longer a way to check on my order. It stated "Opening Soon" and a placed to submit my email and the word SHOPIFY. Now at this time it's been more than 8 weeks since I placed my order and the website and ALL of social media platforms about them are GONE!
    I've sent emails on May 14th and 28th ******************** ** the only information I have because the phone number doesn't work and so far no response.
    At this point I believe it is a Spam and I will like a full refund.
    Can someone please help me resolve this matter. Thank you.

    I purchased a custom necklace from the website for $100 since March 10, 2024 and I understand that their shipping for custom jewelry is 4-8 weeks. I waited and it’s now past the waiting time to receive my order and I have been emailing and receiving no response. I would like a refund for my order since I have not received anything.

    I ordered two custom-made necklaces back in March. I have not heard anything from the business regarding completion, nor shipping. I am requesting a full refund from them, as it has been two months.

    I was scared for $200 dollars I purchased items that were never shipped this company is a scam! They can not be trusted
