5 starsOur technician/sales person was much more than I expected. He was awesome, and I dont say that lightly he went through everything in paperwork, took measurements, inspected our old unit, and politely and professionally laid out our options. I usually do not jump at the first estimate and he kind of expected me to listen to more companies. I pulled the plug and made a deal with your company and at the moment my wife and I couldnt be happier. Send me a survey when the actual unit is installed and we can continue this conversation. Addressed the issue of the Air conditioning not blowing cold air and did some additional tuning up of the system. He went above and beyond. 5 stars**** from Semper Fi came out to tune up my 2 AC units. He was very knowledgeable and nice. He tested and inspected both AC units and the quality of air flow in my house. He gave me a quote at the end on maintenance options I could have done to extend the life of each AC unit but did not pressure me into making any decisions at that time. I also appreciate that Semper Fi is military owned and offers discounts to military and first responders. I highly recommend them.Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC
