5 starsWhen we called about our air conditioner issue, they scheduled an appointment for that day. ***** came out and seemed very knowledgeable about diagnosing and repairing. I find them to be one of the most honest A/C companies in *******. 1 star-5 Rating: Semper Fi Heating and Cooling @ ************************************ (ROC# ****** / ******). We called Semper FI to perform an annual inspection on our heating/cooling system. A Semper Fi salesperson performed an inspection and advised our ductwork had separated causing breaches in air flow. He stated that the system was losing warm and cool air and sucking in dirty air from the attic through the breaches. This salesperson also stated that the ductwork issue was creating additional strain on our A/C unit and would reduce life expectancy.The Semper FI salesperson showed us pictures that he supposedly took of our ductwork in the attic. The pictures showed several sections of ductwork where tape popped off and caused large separations in adjoining parts of the ductwork. This salesperson stated that instead of replacing all the ductwork for about $10,000, Semper Fi could perform an Aeroseal process to seal the gaps and holes. The salesperson initially quoted between $3100-3200 to remedy our ductwork issues. This price included cleaning our ducts and applying the Aeroseal material. We negotiated a reduced price of $1500. Dirty Ducts cleaned our ducts. Semper Fi ended up refusing to perform the Aeroseal process due to concerns over damaging our duct walls. Semper Fi credited the $1500 that we paid after several weeks of going back and forth.Another heating and air conditioning company came out to provide a second opinion on our ductwork. The new tech used our phone to take pictures of our ductwork. To our complete shock the ductwork in our attic was completely different than that shown by Semper FI. This new tech explicitly stated There is absolutely nothing wrong with the ductwork or anything else in your attic or the A/C unit outside the house. Quit paying for repairs! Semper Fi attempted to commit fraud by producing pictures of someone elses ductwork thereby falsely representing the situation in our attic to make a sale for its own gain.Review fromKristyn F

5 starsVery professional. They performed the annual check on my AC system and only issue was a capacitor going bad, which was also brought up last time. However, they also found that the ultra-violet lights that were installed to keep bacteria from forming had been burned out, thus giving me allergy issues. They supplied a replacement - upgraded system at 50% of the price I had paid for the other system, about 5 years ago.Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC

5 stars******* was clear about the status of our unit...which we were aware of...and explained in detail what was needed.
