  They were on time and totally efficient. Within 2 hours the new unit was up and running. The technicians were courteous and friendly. I recommend them highly. If there after service is like this I will be a long time customer.

  We would rec Semper Fi for heating, cooling and water heater problems. **** and ***** were great!!! Our water heater went out on Thurs, they came to look at it on Fri and it was fixed on Mon. It was a messy job, but they were very professional and thorough.

  We have had two air conditioners replaced by Semper. Every time, each employee was ***************, office and especially the installers. I highly recommend them.

  Salesman was great until...Bought a new 14k unit. first installer did it wrong (July in **). Second installer said it was fixed, it wasn't. 3rd installer couldn't fix it and said, "that's as good as it's gonna get". Told company to come get the unit and pay me back. Showed up on the wring day. then didn't show up at all so I had to get it in writing it was ok for new company to uninstall their unit.

  If I could give this a ZERO I would. I am a retired Veteran. My HVAC went out on the evening of Memorial Day. I left a message for a smaller, family owned company that my parents have been using since I was a child. I didn't hear from them promptly the next morning, so I decided to give another Veteran my business. I called and the first thing I was asked was how old the unit was. First they said they couldn't come until the next day; HOWEVER, if it was 10 years or more they'd come the same day ??. So, the young man came. After a while I heard him make several phone calls. So, when I went to check on him he commented that my unit brand was garbage. Yet, the one he said he could install makes my unit ??! I asked about another brand and he said they were garbage after they were purchased by a foreign company (lie). Yet, the unit has the highest customer satisfaction reviews with Consumer Reports. Then, he told me my compressor threw a lockout code and it couldn't be bypassed (lie). So, I'd need a new compressor or condenser but the company doesn't make the condenser anymore (lie), so I could order a new compressor for $4600 plus tax after discount and promotion; however, it'd take two weeks to come in and then I'd have to get on the schedule for repair OR they could sell me a new unit for $11,500 plus tax with next day installation and this was a discount and promote but I had to buy that day to get the deal. I wasn't trusting this. I had my suspicions confirmed when I talked to someone else who got screwed over. So, I called a small HVAC business and the guy said my compressor WAS working and he changed the run cap for $250! My sister, who lives 20 miles away, said a Semper Fi technician told her the exact same thing and she paid a small business $300 instead! This company is shady. It seems they just want to sell new units. They wouldn't have to give a discount if they were honest and fair. Two small businesses told me you don't need a plan for them to tune up.

  I would definitely recommend Semper Fi Heating And Cooling. I had a problem where my unit kept freezing and providing no cool air to my home. This was a nightmare in 100+ degree weather. Semper Fi Heating And Cooling was able to effectively address the situation and now I have cool air blowing throughout my home once again.The front staff are always very nice when I call. ***** (Service Manager) did a phenomenal job having someone quickly sent out to my home. And most importantly I really would like to thank my technician ****. He is a genius when it comes to finding the overall problem with your unit. I will continue having my services done through them.
