  If I could leave zero stars I would.I called at 830 am and got a window 8pm to 10 pm At 915 I started calling for an update at 954 someone called and said technician truck broke and they were unable to get me on another schedule and so sorry no one called you! Worst service ever! We went with them because of the veterans but show how they treat one of their own Semper FI bull c***

  We first called because our condenser fan was not rotating. **** went above and beyond to make sure he could get the unit started. He worked to find a unit to replace it with. He was able to get us scheduled within two days to get the unit and air handler replaced. They spent most of the day installing both units. I am a little concerned how the air handler was installed. The air handler hoses were rerouted and now covers the platform in the attic so a person could get access to the air handler and the other side of the attic. Currently we are experiencing higher than normal humidity. I am wondering if it is an APS thing because of the Cool Rewards event I have been signed up for. The crew was respectful and courteous.

  Technicians were highly knowledgeable and highly sensitive to my ailing parents need for cooling during this horrid time of summer heat. A new unit was installed with a 2 day turnaround time. Additionally, a small portable unit was supplied for use during the wait period. New A/C unit was neatly installed with a new elbow, condensate line-set, ********** and thermostat Semper-Fi allows for two free followup visits. Cost of the new high efficiency unit was priced reasonably.Great experience and I will proudly recommend Semper-Fi to anyone in need of HVAC services

  Semper Fi is efficient in providing service at my home. When I have called for service, it is always same day. From the first phone call to set an appointment to when the technician leaves everyone is always courteous and friendly.

  on Tuesday June 13th, 5 years to the day we moved in our home.. Semper fi, installed A brand new AC/heat unit with a Wi-Fi handle and I cannot say enough About this company, This is an amazing rare, heartful Company. Everyone in one way or another have added a little more positivity in my life, because of what you all have done for us, even just speaking with you, has added more love into my heart, than I could ever imagine. valley wide recyclers pick up of our old unit was only 10 minutes after ******* and ******* left. Amazingly quick. Semper fi, is a business to follow in compassion, heart, and true care. AMAZING! AMAZING PEOPLE!!!!Of 4 companies we called out semper fi being actually the 1st, in the end ********* kept in contact with me for 4 months. Only company to give ** a rent to own option, through a company called microf. We wouldn't have been able to make the 1st month's payment till July 1st. I told ********* this, a minute later, she texts me back, telling me her boss; ****, and herself have talked, that her and Gabe together, would pre pay our 1st payment, so we can have our new a.c unit installed the next morning!!! Who does that!? Cares more about their the people., more than what the company can have first. and showing this rare kindness, They are so amazing...I am still In Shock, this is an amazing company, family, they are my company from now on...they gave me more than ******** + in discounts so the unit is affordable for ** too. And it's very efficient..in energy and cost. Including cooling and heating keeping the temp what you want at all times..so I'm very excited. And very blessed. Some how, some way, even in the midst of health crisis, rising costs in every day/month bills, and with medical, even with ins. My spouses credit and mine is messed **. with all the Price gouging in our country, this is the company to follow, they set a new bar and are THE EXAMPLE of the way ******** businesses should be!. Thank you so much!
