    Best company ever! On time arrival and best price in town. Installers were very professional and got all the work done in a timely manner. I can say I am very happy I went with Veteran owned company and will recommend Semper Fi ******************************************* to everyone I know. After all cleanup and startup installers went through all operations of new unit. The salesman was also very easy to work with and there was no pressure sales and listened to what we needed with the new unit. Old unit was 23 yrs old and was working good but not as efficient as a new **** Seer unit also went to 5 ton from a 4 ton for our ****sq foot house now cools much faster. From one Veteran to another this is a great company!

    Great company ! Technicians explained everything in easy to understand wording. They were polite and efficient. They solved our A/C issue in two days from sale to install ! I recommend them to any one and especially to veterans and emergency service workers !

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We purchased 2 units from them which were installed June 30th. We were promised 2 Reme Halo air purifications systems. It took 6 weeks and 3 appointments to get them installed. 5 appointments, 2 missed days of work and the painting of the ceiling still has not been completed. The last tech for the painting asked if we had paint for him to use and then wanted to cut a sample out of the drywall which was just repaired in order to match it. (Don't know why he couldn't use a palette fan.) On Friday, the straps on 1 of the air handlers broke. Water flooded the attic, soaked the plywood, the insulation, and came thru the ceiling. It took 6 phone calls and 4 hours, and 2 different visits by two different techs to get it fixed. The first tech showed up and said he couldn't do anything about it. Took some pics and said he would send them to dispatch. A half hour later, we still hadn't heard anything back. I had to call again, they said they never received anything from them. I HAD TO ASK them to send out another tech. He didn't show up for almost an hour an a half. I don't believe the fix the provided was the best they could do. I believe it was a band-aid to keep us from calling back again and I'm waiting to see how long it holds. As of this morning, I have not heard anything from this company about completing repairs (ie - the drywall, the carpet, the plywood and insulation inside the attic.)

    So I had a hot water heater problem, and gave them a call. They were fast on getting it done. Had the quote on Wednesday and it installed on Friday. They did an an amazing job, Ill be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you

    Quote and Service was great. My AC went out at 2 pm on a Tuesday and by 2pm 24hrs later I had a new unit installed and running. All the service was great
