    Prompt after hours service. Tech was courteous, efficient, and transparent with everything. Bought a new system, fair price and I am thankful for the veterans discount. This is my A/C company from now on. Thanks to everyone there!!!

    Everything went great until a third party was to pick up the old unit. I called 3 times, and hopefully now they will pick up the garbage that is on the road next to our unit.

    I want to say thank you for everything! If you are looking to get your AC units replaced I highly recommended this company! I thought this was going to be a long drawn out process. I had 7 other companies I talked to and got estimates and ******** was the only one who called me back and followed up with us to make sure things moved forward. **** came out to see what it looked like at our home and what we needed and the next day the techs were out installing 2 new units. By 4:30 pm we had cold air in our home again. I also like to thank the crew that came out to do the install. ******* and team were professional and made sure everything was cleaned and working the way it should before they left. Trust me when I say this I dont ever write reviews but this company definitely deserves it. Thank you Again!

    From the minute I called the office until the time the technician left my house, I had an outstanding customer service experience. The technician was knowledgeable and very respectful!! Will recommend them every time. **** was amazing diagnosed the issue and repaired the unit in no time.

    Semper Fi made a bad situation better. My A/C went out and they replaced it quickly, even with the additional problems of finding a compatible unit, rain and wind and heat. While no one wants the unexpected cost of replacing an A/C unit, Semper Fi's quick service and veteran discount made things better.
