"Action Mechanical was sent out for a non-working exhaust fan and the other one which was falling apart They said there was nothing wrong with the second one the first one that was completely dead they said that it was inaccessible because there was drywall in the way which is completely untrue the part was readily available and the motor replacement is done through the exhaust fan opening which I did myself in 15 minutes trying to charge me $245 because they wanted to replace the entire unit rather than the motor is fraud and this has been reported to the warranty company along with the photos of the replacement motor and the installation.I'm in construction and work on HVAC and electrical renovations every day I am posting this review on this board to warn other potential victims of their scam."
