      ***************-Congratulations on your first half anniversary as a stellar property manager!I had worked with you previously as an investor on MANY client accounts and properties, so I knew that you were well suited for this new position and would be doing great. We have sent many new clients your way and have heard the many positive customer comments which hasn't came as a surprise. Its been a privilege to work with you over the last many years ( I don't want to say decades because that will age me) and Im looking forward to seeing you continue to do great things in the real estate industry.

      *************** and this company actually get it right, FINALLY. i almost gave up on paying money to another rental company with no results. ****** inspired me to give him a shot so i did and finally got results Thanks ONQ and thank you J your an amazing work!

      I have got to give ****** a huge shoutout. I had some issues that needed maintenance to come and fix and she was so helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything that was wrong was handled and all during the holidays. Thank you!

      Now that the holidays are calmed down I am able to write this review about my experience with OnQ Property Management. I needed help with my roof leaking over the holidays, ****** was the one I spoke to and she was awesome. She was very attentive and extremely helpful. Thank you again ****** for all your help!!

      My experience with OnQ was terrible. In my opinion they put an unqualified tenant in my home, who only paid 1/2 month's rent before defaulting. After requesting a copy of the application, there was only one hame on it, but four adults and six children were present when I walked through, with beds in every bedroom (4). I had to pay for the tenant to be evicted, at my expense of course. And then they were VERY slow to assess the damage and arrange for repairs. The cleanup and housecleaning service were delayed 5 days without my being notified. I'm done with this company.
