      *********************** was amazing to work with. She was very kind, friendly and did an excellent job answering all the questions we had. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager.

      As property owner I am underwhelming with On Q Property Management. When my property was vandalized I learned that On Q Property claim to have the house under surveillance was only on piece of paper on the wall. They could not provide any record of who entered the premises and 3 months later I still did not receive the police report. Additionally, their contracted vendor was paid for a repair which caused water to run for weeks and consequently damaged other equipment in the home. On Q Property did not hold his vendor nor assume the responsibility to pay for equipment damages nor a 6 folds water bill. Their vendor agreed to go back and removed the used part that cause all the damages and installed a new part (no more than 30 dollars value), Their service coordination is biased and estimates that came for approval was outrageously expensive. They did follow up nor inspected any vendors repairs and at times came back with same work order in less than 6 month of the original service. The turnaround of property managers is unprecedented - I had about 5 in the last 7 months. The may pay ****** good money to have a high rating and been considered as number 1 property company but they are not that reliable and do not deserve ******'s high rating.

      ****** has been absolutely amazing! She has been knowledgeable and helpful along our rental journey with On ** She is an amazing communicator and is in the process of setting us up for success in working with her team at On ** On behalf of my elderly mother and siblings, we send many kuddos.

      *********************** has been a pleasure to work with. I had 3 previous property managers through OnQ, and she's by far the best of the best! Responds to messages on a timely manner, gets out of her way to assist you, and problem solves with you. I highly recommend!

      OnQ did a good job with my rental property before I decided to put it on the market. As a home owner would recommend their eviction protection. ****** and ****** were quick to pick up the pieces and did a great job on followup.

      I have had an investment property with On Q for over two years and they have been very helpful in renting my properties, addressing the maintenance issues, as well as following through with move outs. My current property manager ******, has gone above and beyond with renting my current property. ****** renters can be hard to work with in this area, hiring OnQ has really helped in succeeding and making my investment work for me.

      I have worked with *************** and teams she has trained for over a decade near ************************* area and can guarantee you, she will be bringing professional real estate experience to you in ****** and the surrounding areas, excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. I have trusted hundreds of my investments with her and wouldn't have done it with anyone else.

      My lease was transferred from *************** to On Q Property management in ****** on 7/11/2022. During the lease there were no issues with them. However, once the 30 day notice was given it was very difficult to get in contact with them. Had to call multiple times just to request steps on how to turn in my keys and clicker. I also requested to be present in the move out but was never informed despite having in writing the desire to be present. It took several calls just to receive the itemized bill which when shown really made me feel frustrated as I followed the lease of keeping the premises clean, having move in videos that show all the things I was being charged for were there before I moved in as well as everything else shown in the inspection photos (which I do not get until 8/2/2023) and still being told the cleaning fee and paint touch of fee will not be waived. I do understand that it is the owner not the property management that is wanting to proceed with the charges but it still feels unfair to be charged for "damages" and cleaning fees for things that were there before I moved in that were addressed to them. I am still disputing these charges with them as of 8/3/2023 almost a month after my lease ended.
