      Everything was perfect use them for all my blinds. They came almost a week early. I highly recommend them.

      Delivery was careless, dropped on the ground harshly, and my blinds came with the wrong instructions. My contractor is having to figure out himself how to make the valiances when there was supposed Extremely easy. I am quite disappointed, and would not recommend this company, but I am at the point where I am in the middle of this job and do not want to go through the hassle of a return. I wish this had worked out as well as I expected.

      Everything from start to finish was great. Set up the blinds in a couple of hours, linked them to my Alexa *** in about 20 minutes. Now when I say ***** lower the living room blind she responds okay and the blind lowers. They are beautiful and I just love both roller shades! 10 stars!

      Selectblinds was notified November 9th 2022 regarding changing order (Was going to change from Roman ****** to Cellular shades yet Selectblinds proceeded to production of ************ November 10th 2022 despite request. SelectBlinds was referred to ****** *** from his family member. Unfortunately this was a HUGE MISTAKE!!!! (Due to their lack of customer service. they will lose future business from client and his family member that referred him). SelectBlinds is disputing the dispute that was placed with credit card company rather than simply refunding. An example of a desperate company. SELECTBLINDS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. READ THEIR ********************** COMPLAINTS (YOU WILL SEE A TREND IN THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES/QUALITY. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT PROFITS. CANNOT BE TRUSTED. A STRUGGLING COMPANY ****** *** is REQUESTING A FULL REFUND AS HE IS NOT COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE DISTRESS, PAIN AND SUFFERING THIS HAS CAUSED.

      AMAZING BLINDS!!!! At an amazing price- I absolutely love the custom order wood blinds. I reviewed alot of places before ordering- super happy I ordered from here. They were exactly what I wanted- fit perfectly at half the price!!! PLUS great quality.Thanks so much

      The rods for opening or closing are the wrong color. They do not match the color of the blinds. One of the draw strings was not attached to the collection device. Shipping took 8 days. Ridiculous!!.

      I purchased two blinds that did not fit my windows due to a measuring mistake on my part. I contacted them to explain my situation, if I could return and get replacements. On their website it says will send a replacement if you made mistake measuring, limit one remake per item. Rep explained they could only send replacement for one blind and pay $10 for shipping; second blind would have to be purchase at a discounted price which is not really discounted if you ask me. This is false advertising on their part. ********** happily accepts returns at their store of any online custom order blinds, and so you could repurchase new ones with correct measurements if you made a mistake.

      I'm very happy with my purchase. The blinds were very easy to install. The only thing I wish I would have done different was to purchase all "Signature" series for all. I went with Essential and a few to save a little money, but the difference in the mounts and the smoothness of operation is probably worth the money. But very, very happy. I don't think you could do better anywhere else.
