      We just received our 6th shade...after we ordered the first one we were so thrilled we have now decided to update all of our window coverings with Select Blind shades. The shades are wonderfully made, they are simple to install (especially the Click2Fit No Drill), and they live up to their reputation as room ************* set we ordered are battery operated with the remote control. This is ideal for the high windows that could never be adjusted before! We highly recommend Select Blinds as a wonderful product that is reasonably priced. Our home looks fantastic!

      We placed a large order for blinds on our house and the depth that we received did not match the description of the blinds. **************** refused to help us and when we requested a supervisor they never called us back. Our measurements were correct but their own products were off. We even used their measuring tools. *** guarantee is a sham as well. I do not know how this company has a good rating here. I have read several similar experiences to ours from other customers online.

      We spent over $2400 on blinds at this store, and we were happy until one of them which is motorized didn't work at all. It is stuck in the up position, and we have contacted the company multiple times to get a replacement or a fix for the defective blind. They keep demanding more and more information, most recently a video of the blind not working. My husband sent this, and we haven't heard back from them. That was over a month ago. We have heard nothing.Very bad customer service. Or they just want us to buy a new one, so they're delaying so that they don't have to send us a part??? I would not recommend this company if you want your blinds to actually work.

      Ordered 1 double window motorized shade (quite expensive) and 2 single window manual shades for our room addition.Shipping was timely but the motorized shade had the wrong brackets. We called and immediately got customer service *** who expedited correct brackets and the install was easy.Wishing there was an affordable motorized "add on" option to upgrade our two manual shades though, since the room furniture just got delivered and is in the way now.

      I measured myself and received an easy to install quality product. I have used Select Blinds before, and I've never been disappointed with the product. The blinds are not difficult to install.

      I received my blinds 2 days apart after several delays during the tracking process where the delivery date was continually changing- saying they would arrive the following day, only to be updated daily to say the delivery would be delayed. **************** did not have any insight into the issue other than the tracking info I had. When they did arrive, I discovered the street side liner of the 4 blackout woven wood blinds that I ordered was ***** rather than ivory. Not what I ordered, but needed to get the blinds installed after the delivery delay setting the project back a bit so did not complain. It doesnt look terrible but not what I expected the street side to be based on every other product I have ordered like this here and elsewhere. I didnt think ***** was even a choice for the street side. They look great on the inside, were easy to install and I am otherwise happy with the product. I have had several other successful orders with Select Blinds, so am assuming this was an anomaly.

      Very happy with my blinds. When I had questions before my purchase the representative I spoke with was very helpful. If he was unsure he asked someone else.

      I didnt return them because I couldnt. But very cheap. The mechanism doesnt work. They dont open completely, stop at the middle of the window literally.Absolutely not recommended

      Order a 16" wide roller shade and receive a 15" wide roller shade. They claim that is correct? Makes no sense. Why would I order a 16" wide shade if 15" is what I get? They do not discuss how wide the head rail system is or how that factors in. All the customer can measure and know is how wide of a shade do you need to cover the window. Three times I went back and forth with them. They first said they could make the fabric as much as 1-1.5" narrower than I order! What the neck. I contest and they then say they are allowed 3/4", new limits they just create. STILL, my shades were a full 1 inch off. They reject my claim and said all is well. They offer a "F.I.T Guarantee", or so they claim. In this case the shades don't fit. They offer no such guarantee as they refuse to make the correct shades as ordered.
