3 starsI ordered two blackout vinyl roller shades. I wanted something easier to use then my current blackout curtains. Unfortunately the roller shades allow a light gap making them not blackout curtains. To be fair the fine print does state there will be a light gap, I overlooked that as the name stated blackout. If your looking for blackout blinds dont pick these. Select blinds does offer another style but its a lot more expensive.

4 starsThe Natural Wood Shades are beautiful and of good quality. One blind did not raise and lower. I've filed a claim to replace it. I had some trouble getting a representative to understand that I wanted to inside mount these shades in windows that do not have the required depth. It can be done, but part of the bare wood header would show. I had a sample of the shade and I just glued it on the end that showed. It looks great I don't know if I can get enough samples to do the same thing on the other shades I ordered.I had a miscommunication with a representative about this issue. It's difficult to know exactly how the header and valance are made without seeing it . The pictures don't show enough. Hopefully I will be able to resolve this, because I really like these shades.Review fromSCOTT D.
