    I had a super strong start with Truecoders. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the small bit of the curriculum I did. I decided to request a refund due to personal life circumstances, and I made sure the request was well within the contractural limits. I was told on multiple occasions it would be done, but it never happened. Various reasons were given along the way, all of which seemed legitimate, and I truly dont want to call anyones character into question. Again, everyone was so friendly even during this process. But after 6 weeks of waiting, they stopped replying to my messages, so I resulted to disputing the charge on my credit card. Even if every reason for the delay was legitimate, if you really prioritize customer service, you will find some way to keep your end of the contract. If the payment processing service was down (as they said it was), they could have mailed me a check for all I care. REMOVEDwould have been fine too. They actually offered to Venmo me the refund if they couldnt get it sorted out. But when I followed up, I was ghosted, removed from the server, and havent heard anything since then (that was a week ago).I think Truecoders has a great program at a fair price, but I am baffled that it ended this way. Makes no sense to me!
