My claim is truecoderss chool and its founder misrepresented work placement rates and earnings for graduates of the program, Truecoders boot camp purports to get students trained in high-demand coding skills quickly and with limited financial risk. The school does not live up to its promises. Also, the school misrepresented how likely graduates were to get a job and how much they were likely to earn. The claims are focused on accusations of fraudulent advertising and illegal lending practices.Truecoders knowingly seduced the public with inflated job placement rates time has come to hold the school and its executives accountable, so that the thousands of students like myself they deceived can receive full restitution and move on with their lives. The court filing notes that Bloomtech advertised job placement rates for its graduates I relied on the job placement rates that Truecoders advertised when deciding to enroll at the school. Also, I would have made different decisions if they had known that the job placement rates were lower.Arrangements like this are called Income Share Agreements (ISAs). Proponents say that ISAs offer an alternative to traditional student loans and that they protect students if their education does not pay off because lenders only collect when a student has landed a decent-paying job. But, in reality, ISAs are often worse for students than traditional borrowing. I had to make payments without a job. They didnot help with no job placement and no follow up. I have a $14,000 money to pay back without no coding promise job. I have to rely on my parents to help with my payment. I need to be reimbursed with the money that I have paid and stop all payments. I feel like this was all a fraud.I have paid over a thousand dollars. I have to pay $240 each month to launch servicing,LLCBusiness response

They tried taking $4,500 for me without me being in their schoolBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/23) */ Contact Name and Title: **** ******* - VP Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: ********@truecoders.io The customer had interest in enrolling in our coding classes and was corresponding with us through phone calls and text messages. Without making any mention, the customer tried to enroll in our class via our website, though, his payment did not go through due to insufficient funds. We are utilizing the service called Stripe to run payments with credit or debit cards. Since the payment was unsuccessful, it was set up to automatically retry after a predetermined set of days via the Stripe software. The customer never informed us of his failed attempt to enroll through the website, thus, resulting in the charge retrying after a few days. Had the customer informed TrueCoders of the failed attempt we would have turned off automatic retry for the charge and removed him for our system. That was never expressed from the customer and we had no knowledge of the attempt. After the customer had already submitted a complaint, he then reached out to us to express his dissatisfaction and we promptly removed the automatic collection. The initial issue arouse due to the fact that the customer attempted to purchase a course at a known amount of $4,500 with an account that had insufficient funds. I can provide photographic evidence if requested, as I do not see an area on this page to submit such information.
