    They have done nothing but lied, first they told me I would receive a watch with the phone, I called when I received the phone and no watch, their excuse was they offering another phone, second the saleperson said the phone was 600 dollars, well of course that was a lie the automated system stated *******. I asked him how much was the service he said $22.00 a month, so I asked what about the service he said they would not start charging until until device is paid off. I have not received the bill yet, but I'm sure that was a lie too.

    ********* sales practices! Stay away! The ad that they will buy out your device is a lie. ******************** owes me $500 on a buyout and $200 for an activation fee that was not disclosed. It was such a hassle to switch and I am very sad that I did!

    Spectrum Mobile **************** is rude & shady. I was charged $1 even though I never purchased the Smartphone. I wasn't even told in the first place that my debit card would be charged $1. This was on December 23, 2024 & still no refund even though I didn't make the upgraded purchased. I will report this to the Power of Attorney in *******, **.

    Well Ive been a spectrum customer for at least 10 years and Ive always bragged on spectrum service coverage its been great however I recently ordered 2 new iPhone 16 Plus phones. When they came to my house we activated them both and I noticed that on 1 of my phones all the apps gust started to vibrate aroun like they would to delete them for no reason. It did this at least 10 times in the 3 hours that I had it so I called spectrum about it and they told me to send it back. So I reset the phone to factory settings and put it back in original packaging and took it to ***** store the next day. A couple days later I got a message telling me I owed $500 for a small scratch on the corner of the phone. So I called customer service to tell them to send it back to me so I could file a claim with the insurance company but was told that they wouldnt do that. The insurance company requires the phone to process a claim. I explained this to the customer service person and was basically told to **** it up and pay the $500. I was also told that they didnt care how long Ive been a customer. Needless to say Im very disappointed with their response. Im debating on canceling all my services and going to another provider. By the way I also reminded them I always pay my bill on time but was told it didnt matter. So I wont be recommending spectrum to any one else, just the opposite unless they make this right.

    I went to the northgate spectrum. I entered with a appointment at 4:40 the worker ** *********. Side eyed me. And said What you here for yea that anit gone happen today. I close at 5pm. Mind you I made the appointment online. So, if it couldnt be done then they wouldnt have let me make the appointment. That was the worst customer service that *** ever experienced in my life. And if you dont want to do your job dont work in customer service! Or anywhere for that matter. Very RUDE! *****!

    My brief time with Spectrum Mobile has been among the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever encountered.I was introduced to Spectrum Mobile through a concierge service associated with my real estate agency, while purchasing a home in another state. They informed me about a balance buyout program where Spectrum would cover the remaining balance on phones from my previous provider. The concierge service even facilitated a three-way call with a Spectrum agent to sign me up.However, after switching, I discovered the promotion was not as straightforward as describedyou are required to pay the balance yourself first and then apply for reimbursement. This critical detail was not disclosed to me upfront. There was a reason I was on an installment plan, but I paid off our phones expecting that Spectrum would reimburse me shortly, as promised.When I called to inquire about reimbursement forms, I was told that I didnt qualify for the promo because it appeared I hadnt signed up under it. This was baffling, as the promotion was my sole reason for switching from **** to Spectrum. If this was an error on Spectrums part, it was never acknowledged or resolved.On another occasion, I was told I didnt qualify because I needed at least three lines. To address this, I purchased a third line after being assured by a Spectrum agent that doing so would qualify me for the program. Yet I was later informed that I still didnt qualify because I hadnt added the third line soon enough. Every time Ive called, the explanation seems to change, and no one has taken responsibility for the conflicting information or the assurances I was ******** case has been escalated, but this has led nowhere. Today, after weeks of effort, I was once again told the same thing I was told a couple of weeks agothat I didnt qualify because I didnt add the third line in time. At this point, I feel utterly exasperated and ready to pull my hair out.

    Spectrum mobile sold me on switching mobile providers from ******* stating that they would pay off my devices. Even after i said that sounded too good to be true they insisted. Well today I received a debit from ******* for $2200+ to pay off both devices. When i called spectrum to inquire i spoke to a rude customer service agent and and even ***** supervisor named ***** who had zero intention of helping. Buyers be ware that they are flagrantly lying to customers to get them to switch.

    I received an empty box on Nov 13, 2024 that should have contained my upgraded device. The box was empty. I called Immediately to report the issue. Since then, I have called 5 times and still no updates, however ******** still has my sales tax payment and is now billing me for a device I didnt receive. Now today, rhwy are saying to wait another week before calling in for an update. Interestingly, they can keep my money and continue billing me for a device I dont have but if they dont receive their money, the consequence goes to the customer. I would NOT recommend upgrading through the ******** website, go to the store and make sure you have the device you are paying for.

    Awful customer service. Phone is not working will not charge. Went to the store and they told me to pay $40 to upgrade a phone. Paid the $40 then they said I have to have internet to upgrade to be able help me. Told them I don't have internet because you don't service our area. Then I was told they can't find my account? That's funny ******************** just took my monthly python yesterday. Called customer service line and they said they can't help me without internet!! I had to explain again you don't service my area I just want my phone to work!! I will be leaving this company immediately. I hope not one ever uses their services they are a scam.
