    Ive been a customer for 2 years now. Ive returned a phone TWO MONTHS ago. Ive now paid 300+ dollars for a phone that Ive returned. I got charged backpay for service on a phone I DONT HAVE AND NEVER ACTIVATED!!!! DO NOT use spectrum mobile. They are scummy thieves.

    I paid off my spectrum account on Feb 6th. Switched to a different cell company on February 10th. They just keep charging my credit card and won't shut off the autopay feature. When I asked why they told me because I still owed but couldn't say for what. They also moved my shut off date in their records to one day after the end of the billing cycle. I even have their "port successful" email that was sent on the shut off day (feb 10th). I have spent more than 20 hours on the phone with them over and over again being told that I was paid up and wouldn't be charged again just to be charged again. Once you are on autopay its forever. I have lodged an *** complaint and encourage everyone who has been robbed by them to do the same.

    Terrible customer practices trading in a broken phone. The store won't accept the broken phone, so they require you to mail it back using their carrier . Then they tell you a non spectrum device was returned and they charge you for not returning the phone.

    I am deducting one star for the ONE HORRID customer service *** I spoke to. I am in the process of transferring service over to a new address. I have spoken to several customer service ***s and all (except one) have been amazingly helpful. ***** from ************** was so great! She even scheduled a call with me the following day to follow up on any questions I had. Another male *** from ************** was so friendly and we talked about football while he was working on my account requests. Then today, I spoke to a *** from *********, **. He told me my internet price was increasing when I move and that I was trying to "take advantage" of Spectrum's promotions and that I had to add on 2 more lines in order to keep me internet price. I told him that wasn't true and he informed me everyone else I spoke to gave me wrong information. He was rude and condescending. At this point I turned into a ***** and demanded to speak to a manager. The Spectrum mobile manager I spoke to was great and he informed me that the previous *** I spoke to was not correct in telling me I needed to add more lines to keep my current internet deal. when you transfer service to a new address, you keep your promotions. I have had no issues with service, and I have had Spectrum internet for over a year.

    Do not trade a phone in with this company. You are better off using the machine in the mall. They will take your device and give you half of what its worth!!

    My father had an account with this company but passed away I filed the tickets with them and they closed them never reaching out for the documentation. And will not allow me to take to store. Instead they continue to charge me for service that has not been used.

    Spectrum tricked me into changing mobile service, saying that they were going to pay off my existing bill with *******, only to turn around once I switch service and told me they didn't do that.This is by far the worst company they scam people now i have a bill with ******* and stuck with spectrum biggest lying company ever.

    Spectrum mobile got me to switch my mobile providers with an incentive that they would buy out one of my devices, I submitted everything required within the time but waited six months with multiple calls and tons of excuses why the delay. I believe they wanted me to give in and forget about it . A 500 dollar gift card to buy my device. At the end they said that my claim was denied and that I didn't showed proof of device being paid in full with my previous provider, which is odd since I submitted the last statement even showing that I had overpaid and later on I received a refund from my previous provider. Completely unethical and I wonder how many more people have gone through the same.

    Spectrum ***** is horrible. 13 yes 13 representatives ALL with something different to say. Promise to switch over only to buy more stuff. Charge you to switch over an IPad even when they can't and didn't. Now my physically challenged grand daughter is without her device. I have them for a few days and am looking to leave. Worst customer service in a company I ever seen. All they want is your money. No stars from us. But you have to pick 1 Pitiful!!!!!
