I was scammed by the salt diet trick. She starts off by saying you have all your ingredients at home. I don't know at what point I stopped forgetting that everything was supposed to be in your kitchen. You think when you see this celebrity helping her sell?It is supposed to be true. Somehow, I got caught up in the lie. I don't know when I did it, but I end up buying these pills. Then, after I bought him right afterwards.I thought, what am I doing?I don't want these. Soon as I realize it, I tried to figure out how I can cancel the order. But there was no way to cancel it. So I went on to my email.Trying to figure out how to cancel it. When I found the spot, I sent an email to them.Saying please cancel my order. I received no response from them. Then, all of a sudden, two days later, the pills show up. So $688.00 later, I call and tell him I did not want these.I emailed right away and said, cancel my order. The guy on the phone said you have to send an email to this email address. [email protected] give them your name your address and an explanation of why you want your money back. I did all this three times now.And still no response from them. I'm at loss for words.I don't know what to do. I'm so mad at myself or even falling for something like this. The pills are not anything of what I expected them to be. I refuse to even try them cuz.I know that they're not going to do anything that they say they will do. It's sad that they thrive on people that are hurting with their weight. Online Purchase - Fenix International Limited

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding the company Fenix International Limited, doing business as the online platform OnlyFans, which operates internationally and has a large user base worldwide, especially in the United Kingdom, Australia, the EU and also in the United States. As such, I am raising this issue with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), as this concerns consumers across the entire USA. Due to the nature of its business, I wish to remain anonymous. The company is registered at the following address: Fenix International Limited 9th Floor 107 Cheapside London EC2V 6DN I am reaching out to you because, while my individual case is concerning, I am rather focused on a larger, systemic issue that is being perpetuated by OnlyFans — namely, the platform's tolerance of misleading, deceptive, unfair and potentially illegal business practices. Due to the significant size of OnlyFans' user base, the actual damage lies in the scale of affected consumers. As OnlyFans has failed to adequately address such issues, thousands, if not millions, of users worldwide could and will be similarly impacted by these practices. To illustrate how OnlyFans tolerates such practices, I will briefly outline my specific case: In my situation, a creator on the platform made false promises about providing exclusive content in exchange for a small subscription fee of $3 (presented as a limited-time discount). However, after subscribing, no such content was provided. When I contacted the creator, they requested an additional $70 for alleged access to the promised content, which constitutes a direct violation of the initial agreement. This is a clear case of breach of contract and a violation of applicable consumer protection laws. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this situation directly with OnlyFans, the platform has failed to provide any satisfactory resolution. In their response, OnlyFans stated that they are unable to influence the activities of creators on their platform and claimed that the content and conduct in question adhered to their policies. They referred to their Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, which, however, clearly prohibit misleading content descriptions and inaccurate information as well as prohibited commercial activity. This directly contradicts their previously given Statement. OnlyFans therefore, is furthermore not complying with their own terms of service and contractual obligations. This inaction and failure to comply with their contractual obligations leaves consumers worldwide vulnerable to such harmful and deceptive practices, demonstrating that OnlyFans is failing to enforce its own policies and provide adequate consumer protection. I have supporting evidence and documents to substantiate and prove all my claims, including the correspondence with OnlyFans as well as proof of the creator’s breach of contract. If required, I can provide these documents for your review. As mentioned, I firmly believe that this issue has broader implications. By continuing to tolerate such business practices, OnlyFans is enabling creators to exploit consumers on a massive and international scale, potentially impacting millions of users. I am asking you to take this complaint seriously, particularly given the nature of the platform involved, which operates within the adult industry. The explicit content offered and the creators' promises of exclusive material, personal or even romantic connections, and other advertised services significantly heighten users' vulnerability. While consumers may bear some responsibility for their choices, the nature of the services on the platform makes it much more likely that users will develop highly personal and emotional investments, making them significantly more susceptible to exploitation through unregulated practices. Therefore, it is even more critical that platforms like OnlyFans handle complaints, promises, and transactions with the utmost transparency, professionalism, and accountability. Furthermore, many individuals affected by such issues will feel too embarrassed or ashamed to report them, fearing judgment or stigma. This silence often enables these deceptive practices to persist unchecked. By tolerating such behaviors and failing to implement adequate safeguards, OnlyFans is complicit in creating and perpetuating an environment where misleading advertising, false claims, and prohibited business practices can thrive, all in the pursuit of profit. I kindly request that you take prompt, appropriate, and effective action to prevent such practices and ensure consumer protection worldwide. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. Including additional promotions and investment opportunities with the promise of earning more with each recruit and/or investment. They promote gifts like cars, electronics and home goods on a daily basis to encourage you to continue. You rent a scooter for $960 plus $40 fee. Activate the scooter daily for an earning of $30 per day. Once you bring additinal people onboard you earn referral fee and they emphasize getting 5 people to join under you to earn $500 plus a percentage of your teams earnings. After a few payments they tell you that there was an internal error with the payment platform and try to make you pay another 10% of your initial investment to verify your account in order to continue to withdraw your funds. And then everything goes silent and you are unable to withdrawn any remaining funds. All payments go through coinbase or another platform.

I received the email pasted below on 05/15/2025. I am looking for work and have an active profile on WorkInTexas.com, so I assumed that is where they got my information. I connected with "Dr. Carrington" on a Microsoft Teams link. The entire interview was chat only, which is when I began to get suspicious. At the end of the interview, the person asked me to stay on the line for a few minutes more so they could check with their supervisor about an offer. A few minutes later, they offered me the job and sent information about training (the follow-up email pasted below). At no time during the "interview" did they ask for money, bank account info, or identification documentation; however, the follow-up email asked me to complete and return a W2 and a document that included a copy of my driver's license. I did not respond. There was a charge made to my credit card that I did not recognize, but thought my wife had made, so I approved it. However, when I talked to her she did not recognize the company. So I googled the company and found a website for Bloom & Thrive CO. On the surface, it is made to look like a legitimate website. But if you look at any of the links or descriptions, etc they are all bogus. It is supposedly a gardening company, but if you look at services, it talks about money management and advising. If you look at employees, there are pictures of people who are obviously not legitimate workers and often the wrong gender. Their FAQ's are all the same question repeated several times. Each of the website links go to pages, where it starts off to look like a legitimate response, but then ends in an incomplete sentence. Some of their written dialogue is in a language that appears to be in Latin. Several of the more detailed "links" do not go anywhere. After I contacted my credit card company, there were 4 more attempts to charge my card, but they were rejected. This is a fraudulent business trying to make charges to stolen credit card numbers with a mock website, so that those who superficially check it out will see what appears to be a legitimate business.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Fraudulent and Unethical Employment Scam Practices by Stewards AI To Whom It May Concern,? This is a formal complaint against Stewards AI and its Founder regarding disturbing unethical and fraudulent business practices as part of an organized startup employment and compensation scam. Company/Employment Scam Link: https://www.stewards.ai The Steward AI’s/Founder knowingly recruits and hires staff in person (at industry events, college campuses, investor forums) using a falsified business contract which does not disclose that the Founder cannot pay employees/contractors for their work and IP produced for his company’s benefit and financial gain "before" they are hired and after. The CEO/Founder has deceptively recruited staff to attract investors and to lure in new staff who want to work on a growing team. The Founder uses employee's intellectual property to convince investors that he’s has built a viable business and team as a pathway to secure funding from global reputable Foundations, Private Investors, and global government entities (U.S. federal, state, municipal, and sovereign nation leaders) that he touts having a relationship with. The Founder does not disclose to other employees or his investors (current and prospective) that he is deceptively luring in employees and not fulfilling his financial/payroll obligations leaving employees/contractors working unpaid and knowingly causing financial harm to innocent people via his startup employment scam. Key Highlights and Warnings 1. Fraudulent Hiring and Contract Practices: The Founder uses the business’s noble mission and business and academic events to approach, recruit, and hire candidates for what he’s communicating as full-time contract positions with detailed salary terms. He seeks to attract skilled professionals with deep networks and skills to benefit from them and then expects staff to work for free. 2) Ghosting Employees Who Raise Fraudulent Employment Concerns: The Founder promises milestone-based performance bonuses and equity as part of what he calls a generous compensation package. The employment scam red flags to note are as follows” 1) Questions asked and raised about the business’s operating model are ignored and delayed and 2) when meetings are scheduled to get to the bottom of things, the Founder will use not being available as a strategy to avoid accountability. This tactic has delayed the onboarding of employees he has recruited where he’s ghosted them while asking them to work and share their ideas for free during hiring discussions. 3) Unachievable Milestones to Lure Staff and Deceptively Boost Compensation Potential: Contractual performance bonuses are included as part of the contract, but the Founder sets up systems to prevent staff from conducting business to attain the bonuses. Ex. Not paying employees and expecting them to work for free while avoiding, deceiving, and professionally retaliating against anyone who raises an alarm about red flags seen in Steward AI. 4) Deceptive NDA/ IP Extraction Techniques: Another concern about Steward AI and the Founder’s hiring practices also relates to his aggressive approach to accessing employees’ intellectual property without payment. The Founder has launched a company asking employees to sign an NDA while knowing that he cannot pay employees while extracting ideas from them to attract investors and clients. As employees chase the Founder for status of critical employment and contract concerns, he is asking the same employees to produce content to help him woo investors, Foundations, and governments with no product. The Founder has operationalized a startup “Catch 22” where innocent prospective employees are given access to company systems and tools with promise of employment while he secretly races to raise funds while knowing he cannot pay his staff when they are hired. The hiring practices and techniques must be viewed as deceitful, misleading, and a misrepresentation of what the Founder sells to the public as a viable business. Another feature in the employment scam is the way the NDA is proposed and handled. New hires have been asked and pressured to sign an overly general and restrictive NDA, IP Release, and Non-solicit terms when Stewards AI business did not have a product, service, or IP to protect. Individuals who have signed the NDA have now released their IP to a Founder who has fraudulently positioned his business as viable when it is was not. 5) Deceptive and Fraudulent Compensation Scam: Employment with Stewards AI can be viewed as an employment scam because a formal contract is established and presented to new recruits without disclosing that Stewards AI is not funded or able to meet its payroll obligations when the Founder is directly asked before being hired and after. Employment opportunities are offered to unsuspecting professionals, and the Founder sets contractual terms for a set pay date. When the first payment is due, The Founder does not disclose that funds are unavailable and uses “busyness” and “ghosting” as a feature and not a bug to avoid explaining what the true nature of the business’s financial health is. When confronted with unethical business practices, the Founder will also resort to lying and saying that employees/contractors never worked for him even when a signed contract exists. Gaslighting as a business strategy is not a viable and ethical way to work. Anyone approached by Stewards AI must be very cautious when dealing with a business and Founder who builds a company using unethical and fraudulent hiring and operational practices while touting himself as an experienced business leader at to governments, clients, investors, and employees. 6) Employment Scam Misleading Investors, Foundations, Governments, and Needy Communities: The most distressing aspect of the employment scam with Stewards AI is this: The organization seeks to help communities (including underrepresented ones) thrive while aggressively hiring employees/contractors from these same underrepresented communities to work for him using fraudulent hiring practices. Employees should be cautious when evaluating and planning and entering an employment discussion with a company that is not what it appears to be and withholds compensation because it falsified its financial health and cashflow as part of a bait and switch employment scam.

A ciuple of days later she said my teas were ready and requested an additional 100 dollars to ship. I told her thag it was too expensive and that she didnt disclose that in the beginning. She said she'd ship it at no cost in Wednesday 3/12. After that i asked her for shipping information and she didnt answer. I kept on messaging with no answer. I filed a claim with Venmo with no help. My bank is currently helping me get my money back.

A pop up ad appeared on thegatewaypundit.com featuring Elon Musk selling CBD gummies and for a limited time sending out a free sample bottle. The ad linked me to healthcharmcbd.com and included a countdown for the free deal. I filled out the personal info, including billing even though I did NOT intend to purchase anything. Could not proceed to the free sample without this info. After submitting info, several purchase offers popped up. I was not interested so I scrolled down the the bottom and hit the continue button without reading or interacting with the offer in any way. Finally I made it to the page where it said my order was confirmed without any detail description of the order. An hour+ later, I received an alert from my bank that a charge of $248.13 was pending. When logging on to my bank, there were a total of 5 charges totalling $399.03. I found an email in my junk folder from [email protected] detailing the order. There was also a phone number included. When called, they said they offered NO free product and it had already been processed and they couldn't cancel. I would have to wait and go thru a return process. They tried to offer me a discount but I said I didn't want to buy anything. They hung up me. Hopefully I will be able to receive a package and return it for refund. The ad about free product and celebrity endorsement were both a scam. The site was very complicated and misleading, not knowing I was going to be charged anything. The customer service offered no solutions outside of waiting for a lengthy return process.

I saw it out on Facebook for buckle jeans that were on sale under $10 and I went on the website and I ordered a bunch of stuff and received a confirmation email and a shipping email with a weird tracking number which wasn't out of the ordinary because I usually get weird tracking numbers when I order stuff from China I got online saw that it was not buckle that it had been a scam and tried to report it to my bank and my bank. My bank stop the payment and put the money back on my card and then blocked the seller the next day I get up and the same amount is taken off my card leaving me with no money in my account and I called them again to report it and they refuse to refund my money. Looking further into it they found that the seller had created a new handle for the app they were using to collect money for chime and had taken the $63 back out of my account in my bank refused to refund it then I received an email right after I talked to my bank saying that they were sorry that they had caused me to have a bad experience and that they assured me that I would get my order couple weeks went by I still didn't get anything so I contacted them and they offered compensation of 10% put it back on my card and reassured me that it was coming then I looked on the tracking website and all the sudden it was updated and showed that the items we're in the United States so I gave it a couple more days and nothing so I emailed them again and they responded with pretty much the same message only offering more compensation and asking me to be patient and wait for the stuff to get here and so I waited a few more days it's been almost a month now I still haven't received it so I emailed them last week because there was no been no updates on the tracking app and then as soon as I talk to them there was an update it said it was in my city that I live in which is very small it's now day five and I have yet to receive this package that's been sitting in my city for 5 days now they again offered me even more compensation money and asked me to wait just a little bit longer I go to the website to try to view my order to get screenshots of it because I'm reading that the tracking app is a scam and my order won't even pull up now and then I get on the website that is connected to the email that I originally got when I placed the order and it now says saw thrive instead of buckle and the prices are totally different there's no contact information whatsoever other than an email and I have yet to receive my package none of the companies around here that are logistic companies or shipping companies know the tracking number that I have nor do they have record of my package whatsoever. They first setd me an email under the company name Commerce Concierge, Co., which contained an invitation for a webinar. I then realize the actual company name is BWJ. During the Zoom session with Mark (the supposed co-founder), I was surprised that the voices of maybe over a hundred people were muted and only the co-founder spoke. I am quite surprised at the smoothness of the hiring process. They didn’t even take a chance to get to know me or ask me questions about my work history. In plain words, there was no prior evaluation to determine if I really was a good fit for the position. As other people have already reported, the initial email tells me that the position I applied for has already been filled but upon reviewing my resume they decide I could thrive in another job they have available. However, I did not see reviews or scam alerts until I had already paid a monthly fee of $97, which was presented as some sort of booking certification. There is nowhere on the site to request a refund or stop payment, or even delete payment details. I have contacted the "office number" provided on the website and spoken to "team members" aware of the situation. However, the number of negative things I have seen leads me to believe that this is just an elaborate scam.

I have received multiple unsolicited text messages from either William or Matthew at thrive management. Each text message comes from a different phone number and I block the number from contacting me. Usually the text message says they are interested in the property at (lists my street address) and to contact them if interested. The most recent message says "This is William from Thrive. I'm looking to make a proposal for your property at (lists my street address). If you're open to exploring this opportunity, I'd be happy to discuss it with you." I believe I have received similar messages at least five times now. The third and fourth times the person identified themself as Matthew. Again, each text message came from a different phone number but I referenced my spam and blocked messages to see it was the same message with a different name and number. Out of curiosity I have searched online for "Thrive Management" to see if the company even exists. I have found several search results with similar sounding business names (i.e. Thrive Property Management) but none that match the text messages received. For this reason I believe it is a scam with someone trying to solicit my personal information. I have not responded or contacted any of the numbers so I do not know for sure, but I do believe they would be looking for personal mortgage and or bank information should I contact them.
