    "I was forced into working with Big Bear Flooring because they were part of the negotiation with the seller of my house. DECEPTIVE PRACTICES -I did not receive any estimates before I had to make decisions and work had already started -They would not communicate with me beforehand stating I wasnt their client until after my floors were demoed when they demanded I pay $5000 in order for the work to continue and when I asked why it wasnt covered by the seller they said it wasnt included on that estimate, an estimate that I was never given before this discussion -They eventually sent me estimates that were all under the same estimate number and backdated which contained different information that they changed every time I asked for clarification -They intentionally omitted the cost of leveling my floors that they knew would need some amount of leveling." ...
