App Support Changes: The Lexie App will be
removed from app stores and its cloud connectivity will be deactivated on
October 8, 2026. The Eargo App will be removed from app stores and its
cloud connectivity will be deactivated on October 22, 2026. Customer and
technical support for both Apps will remain available through October 22,
2026. For both Lexie and Eargo, Version 9 of the App is expected to remain
functional locally on the phone on which it is installed, if installed and
synchronized before the applicable date. It will no longer receive
software or security updates and future operating-system compatibility and
functionality cannot be guaranteed. Older versions will cease to function
when cloud connectivity is deactivated.
