    I was very hesitant to consider a non traditional hearing solution, but I could not be more happy and satisfied with the entire experience with Eargo. Not only has the device improved my ability to hear but the onboarding/training and ongoing communications has been exceptional to optimize my use and customer experience.Thank you ****************

    Easy to use, easy to clean, very discreet, customer service is brilliant, and you get helpful videos ob the care for your aids.I have the App on my phone which allows me to adjust my sound level no matter where I am, and no one knows what Im doing.They work perfectly for me

    I had a pair and really liked them... while they worked. However, each bud only lasts for so long before the battery dies or the ear bud just inexplicably fails (I've experienced both types of failures) and a $500 replacement bud is offered after the warranty period. I had 3 failures just during the time I was using them (3-4 years?). When the 3rd ear bud failed I called customer service and they indicated that my model (Eargo Neo HiFi?) was no longer available and I would have to buy a new set at full price. No thanks. I can't justify keeping up with that kind of cost structure.

    We welcome your feedback. Thank you for sharing. Eargos do come with a 1 or 2 year warranty (depending on the product), and remote lifetime support from Eargo. Pricing for Eargo products range from $799 for LINK by Eargo to $2,699 for our premium Eargo 8 system. This is significantly less than youd pay for most traditional behind-the-ear hearing aids.

    In ******************************************************************** each ear, At that time, I purchased a pair of ******* hearing aids, which were battery operated and rested behind my ears. I found that the batteries had to be changed often and it seemed I received the low battery warning when it was inconvenient to be changing the batteries. I really did not care for them since they seemed to amplify all the noise in a room, without making it any easier for me to understand when people were speaking at a normal ********* 2022 a friend of mine showed me his Eargo 5 hearing aids. It was the first in-the-ear hearing aid I had ever seen. I took the Eargo on-line hearing test and was contacted by an Eargo representative a day or two later. I was told that my hearing deficiency, as indicated by my test results, showed that my hearing would benefit from Eargo 6 hearing aids. Within a week, I received my rechargeable Eargo 6 hearing aids and have been wearing them up until recently when I damaged the charging unit and it could no longer charge the hearing aids. I was very pleased with the Eargo 6s because: 1) They were rechargeable; 2) They fit inside the ear canal without anything behind my ears; 3) They had 4 different settings for various environments; and 4) I found that the Eargo 6s helped my hearing appreciably, and they were comfortable to wear.After contacting Eargo, I learned that Eargo 6s and their respective chargers are no longer available. I was told the Eargo 7s are the latest model to replace the Eargo 6s. Having been very satisfied with the Eargo 6s, I ordered the Eargo 7s. A week later, the new hearing aids arrived and I have been wearing them ever since. Im very pleased with the Eargo 7's hearing aids and the follow-up I have received from Eargo representatives throughout this time. I have recommended Eargo hearing aids to other friends and family members without any reservation.

    I got my Eargo few weeks ago. I use it not every day because I just have a very mild hearing loss. I use it when I watch TV or when I attend ************************ I picked Eargo hearing aid because it is small and unnoticeable. However, I do have the problem of itchiness of my ear canals which discourages me from wearing it for long period of time. (Just wonder if there is any solution for the problem) Other than that, I like it small, can adjust its volume and programs through the use of its app on my phone. Overall, it is a good hearing aid.

    My Eargo 7 OTC Hearing Aids have been awesome and a perfect solution for my hearing loss. The customized settings and ease of adjusting the Hearing Aids to the environment Im in have allowed me to get used to using them immediately. I tried inner and outer ear Hearing Aids in the past and returned them for a multitude of reasons. **************** is easy to reach and has been helpful in answering initial set-up questions. The App has all the ongoing needed info along with videos. Highly Recommend.
