  PDX Renovations helped my family get out of a house that was absolutely falling apart when we just didn't have the time, money, and emotional strength to go through the repairs. They were optimistic and quick to respond throughout the process. Right after I reached out to them they came to the house and did an evaluation. There was nothing pushy about the process at all. They seemed like they genuinely wanted to help us and get us to a point where we could move on to a more suitable home.They were very patient with us as we scrutinized every letter of each contract, requested changes, and gave them the 3rd degree. Frankly, what they were offering seemed too good to be true. Thankfully, it was true and now my family is in a beautiful new home where we feel safe.Truly, thank you, PDX Renovations and your team.

We felt supported throughout the process, and even though we did not end up working with them, they provided us with multiple options to consider for what the best next steps for our family would be.   PDX Renovations served a crucial need for my spouse and me this past season. We had lived in our home since 1980 and loved it. Earlier this past year in May, I fell in the living room and injured my whole right side with severe soft tissue damage and went to a care facility for a month before I could return home. This became a serious wake-up call for us to be proactive about our living situation. With all the work and stresses that it takes in maintaining a home, my spouse and I thought it would be safer and less of a burden for us to move into an independent living facility. That meant we needed to sell our home and so we checked in with several realtors, a process we found overwhelming. We listened to the various realtors methods and suggestions to get the maximum amount of money from the sell and were told we would need to remodel a number of rooms in the home, requiring several months of contractors walking through the house to do the renovations, then still downsizing the many possessions, and then staging the house, having open houses and many other things that felt frighteningly overwhelming because my spouse and I have limited energy. Having Parkinsons for over 10 years, I just didnt have the capacity, physically or emotionally. Things seemed much brighter for us after we contacted PDX Renovations. They gave us a bid that would not require us to fix up the house or go through the myriad hoops needed before the house would be ready for market.PDX Renovations filled those needs beautifully, taking on the house as is, and letting their company do the rest. What a relief! They excelled at communication and follow-through and were exceptionally pleasant to work with. It has been a major change in our lives and were so appreciative of the flexibility, skills, and support PDX Renovations exhibits!REMOVEDand REMOVED
