5 starsTo put it bluntly: probate ***** - dealing with the loss of your mom ***** - there really is no perfect way to resolve it. I wanted nothing to do with any of this but the responsibility fell on me as usual. *** works hard and thier process works better thatn i thought. 5 starsFast. Friendly. Patient. Understanding. ******. Honest. Accommodating. I went with them because ultimately they weren't pushy, pesty, know-it-all, bad-mouthing, or Lying (like some of their competitiors with names like "cash is king" and "Portland House Buyers". PDX let me move at my own pace without incessant feelings of urgency, as well as paying more than all of the competition quoted. ***** is more than kind and awesome. 5 starsThank you PDX for all your hard work! With Portland's eviction laws, I had a tenant not paying for nearly 2 years and I couldn't handle it anymore. Sold my rental to PDX renovations as is - with the nonpaying tenant! I felt better the day I signed the docs. Highly recommended.PDX Renovations LLC
