Amazing company hands down! Our power panel outside and meter burnt out so we contacted oncor they came and completely disconnected us then we were told to hire an electrician. I'm not kidding when I say I contacted over 10 "24 hours" companies yet **** with HR PHOENIX was the only one who responded instantly! Oncor disconnected us at 2 am and he was at our door before 3 am!! which meant the world cause my mother is on oxygen, we have never been through anything like this so we were shocked at the price at first but quickly found out he actually gave us an amazing price! He came by Thursday to discuss what was going to be done we made the down payment he made the appointment for next day and at Friday at 7 am his team arrived IN THE RAIN and still got the job done everything was amazing we had just one outlet we found didn't work I sent him an email saying if they could come look when they had a chance he responded within 5 minutes and made the appointment for the next day and they came and fixed it right away I can go on and on about how great they truly are !!! This is a company who truly cares!!!!!

Prompt response. On time to the minute. ****** was great and took great time in correcting a previous electrical problem.

I could not speak more highly of ************************ and the HR Phoenix team. Overnight, a large tree limb fell on our power lines, knocking out power to our home during the hot ***** summer. Around 3am, I was scrolling the internet, calling electricians and leaving messages for them, expecting calls back the next day. To my surprise, **** picked up and was at my door at 7:30am that Sunday morning. He provided a helpful quote, walked me through the damage and sent his team over later that day. They arrived on time, worked diligently and completed high-quality work. To make things even better, the next **************** and his team came back over (a 45 minute drive) when the power company asked to meet with them before they would reconnect the power. I had a 10/10 experience and will be calling them again.

I hired HR Phoenix to install a Generx home generator. I ended up taking three offers from various companies in the area. I went with HR Phoenix and Im glad that I did, because I have now had the generator for almost a year and we ran into a minor wiring issue and they came out and identified the problem and fixed it the next day im very pleased with the job they did, which was very complex, they are a good group who can be trusted to stand by their work
