  This company stole my money and did not compete the job! They made multiple holes in my home, installed lights in the wrong locations and have been unresponsive to return to fix and complete the job. I am calling my credit card company to dispute this company.

  This will be long but worth the reading if you are considering this company. I had a electrical outlet issue with caused 3 ceilings failures. The first day they came out they didn't find it and I was told they will return the next day. The next day they continue to troubleshoot and told me I needed my circuit breaker panel replaced because it was old and they could not touch it. 5 days later they replaced it but issue remained. They requested final payment for the REMOVEDpanel replacement because the work was completed. So at this point I paid $600 for the first visit, $7K for the REMOVEDpanel replacement and the issue remains. They told me they would return. Since they didn't label the REMOVEDpanel I traced the power (their job) to label the panel and found several plugs mis wired to 240 V instead of 120 V. The tech came out corrected the issue and I found out the job really wasn't completed because they did not install the serge protected on the REMOVEDpanel because they have the wrong one. So they knew the work was not completed when they asked for payment! They found the original issue and it was they first wall outlet (that I pointed out the first visit) the tech showed me the burned faulty outlet. So the REMOVEDpanel did not need to be replaced at all. I call the office with this information and to justify the replacement they told me the REMOVEDpanel was sparking. At no point during this 2 1/2 ordeal did anyone say there were sparks or any fire hazards. If this were true (which it was not) this company did not notify us or warn us and between the visits it was 5 day to get on the schedule. So if we go with their excuse they left us in a danger/situation without telling us. This company can not be trusted to provide honest/accurate assessments. And to add insult to injury they tried to bill me $400 more for the last visit. The owner REMOVEDwas aware of everything so HR pls don't respond here when there was no real response when I spoke to your office! They can not be TRUSTED!

  This review is simply false. We came out to troubleshoot the electrical issue in the home. After troubleshooting the issue, there had been arcing behind the circuit breakers in the existing Federal Pacific electrical panel. The panel needed to be replaced and we did inform you that after the panel is replaced, there may still be problems with the wiring in the home. This was agreed to before the panel was replaced. We replaced the panel, but further troubleshooting was necessary. We informed you again that there would be additional troubleshooting cost for this repair. We came back out and fixed the problem, but you refused payment. Thank you!

  Amazing company hands down! Our power panel outside and meter burnt out so we contacted oncor they came and completely disconnected us then we were told to hire an electrician. I'm not kidding when I say I contacted over 10 "24 hours" companies yet REMOVEDwith HR PHOENIX was the only one who responded instantly! Oncor disconnected us at 2 am and he was at our door before 3 am!! which meant the world cause my mother is on oxygen, we have never been through anything like this so we were shocked at the price at first but quickly found out he actually gave us an amazing price! He came by Thursday to discuss what was going to be done we made the down payment he made the appointment for next day and at Friday at 7 am his team arrived IN THE RAIN and still got the job done everything was amazing we had just one outlet we found didn't work I sent him an email saying if they could come look when they had a chance he responded within 5 minutes and made the appointment for the next day and they came and fixed it right away I can go on and on about how great they truly are !!! This is a company who truly cares!!!!!
