On August 18, 2025, BBB requested Nomad Internet provide substantiation to the advertised claims on their website https://nomadinternet.com claiming that consumers can “Cancel Anytime”, “Join America’s Largest Wireless Internet Provider Featuring” amongst other features “Nationwide Coverage” and “No Installation Required” based on conflicting complaints received by BBB.
On October 7, 2025, Nomad Internet responded to BBB’s concerns they have revised internal procedures to ensure cancellations are processed promptly once a return label is provided and equipment is returned.
In response to the claim "America’s Largest Wireless Internet Provider" featuring “Nationwide Coverage” and “No Installation Required". Nomad Internet responded they have partnerships with major wireless carrier and their devices are plug-and-play, requiring no professional installation.
