    Internet goes out all the time sometimes for days and half the time you can never get ahold of anyone to fix the issue. They tell you your bill will be said amount but then rise it and dont tell you why. This is the worst service provider EVER!

    I wish I could give this business a -5 STARS.. I was a NOMAD customer and during the period from 10/2023 until 03/2025 I was charged for the service twice each month on a credit card. On the 3rd and 11th each month for the service. I have attempted to collect this overpayment from NOMAD with no success. The entire total that I was overcharged during this time was $2,551.00 I have sent credit card statements proving this overpayment to NOMAD with no comment from NOMAD other than they have closed my account and request in this manner. NOMAD basically robbed my wife and I. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, FOR ANY REASON, AS THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY OR HONEST WITH THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES...

    My husband signed up for Nomad & got a 14 day free trial, everything worked great. Then he paid the $129 after the free trial ended & yet they have been able to turn it back on. I seriously have a deep feeling they just got him $129. Hes called customer service & the lady assured him it should be back on in 2 hours, restart modem, etc.. and nothing, & also promised a credit, which now reading from the reviews it seems thats not going to happen. He then chatted with another customer ************** asked for proof that he paid. & they assured him as well to wait an hour, restart modem, etc. Who knows. Maybe theyre just scammers.

    The only thing positive about Nomad Internet is that it usually works. The monthly fee is too high for the service you get and the customer service, or their excuse for it, is horrible. I did not need Nomad anymore, so I decided to cancel my service. It took me 4 months to "pause" my service with them. They have not canceled it, because apparently my modem was lost with **** using the return label Nomad finally sent me. The whole time I was trying to cancel, I was billed. I do not recommend their service to anyone. There are much better and cost efficient ways to get internet service in rural areas.

    I have been trying to cancel my service since January 19th of this year. I was sent a prepaid label to return equipment, which I did, but apparently they did not receive it. I called multiple time and it always says their offline and not taking calls. On May 22nd I finally tried live chat and talked to a man named ****** and he was checking into the equipment I told him I sent back, but while I was waiting for him, he said, well since I haven't heard back from you I'm logging off essentially. So I never found out anything. Thought maybe he canceled it while we were chatting, he did not. A payment got taken out the next month. Emailed again on July 3rd and never received a reply back. I tried called again today and bug surprise, theyre offline. I have paid a total of $1,019.70 since I have been trying to cancel 7 months ago. That pays for the modem that they apparently have not received but now I can't reach anybody. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with before.

    Nomad Internet is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The first day I got it, it was a nightmare. Then the support informed me because I was not getting the speed that my bill would be $109/month. The continued to charge me like $269/month. Out of 6 months, two months were incredible overcharges. One month they took almost $400, the other month they told $369 or $379. They do not communicate. They supposedly were issuing a refund, but I have never received it. They do not respond for days, then it's always the same prewritten email, saying we're sorry for your experience. Yet they do absolutely nothing to make it right.

    Would do a negative star, internet was not the greatest, it was also very expensive, and would randomly cut out. **************** is TERRIBLE, unreliable, impossible to get a hold of, unable to talk with someone, and untrustworthy/will say whatever to get the customer to shut up. Even if on chat they say "the manager will call you" they never do. The cancelation process is about a 3 or 4 day process with a lot of hoops to jump throw, even though there is no contract.

    This situation appears to be a frustrating case of misrepresentation. The company presents itself as a legitimate internet service provider, despite not being one. Furthermore, their applications are convoluted and underperforming, leading to significant dissatisfaction among users.

    They stole my money , My ex - husband ordered Nomad internet in April it work one day . He returned modems and canceled service . I changed my card number I read what a scam they are how they keep taking money out of peoples accounts . My bank got my the $99.00 back the he sign up money back guarantee. They hack something and took $99.00 out of my account with my new debit number. I did not authorize it . Dont know how they got my debit card number . They will not respond back on costumer number or there ******** messenger. This place is scam they send broken modems and then try to keep taking from an account they dont have authorization on!!!!!!!!!
