    Thanks for the fast and excellent service, I received the replacement **** yesterday just 2 days after I sent back the defective one! Arizer Customer Service is AAAA! in thsi day and age.

    I received my order yesterday and am very pleased with both items. I did however receive a broken adapter. After emailing Support about the situation (including a pic of the item) and asking if I could ship this one back and possibly get a replacement. I was responded to 1st thing this morning by Support letting me know that though Glass parts are not covered under warranty, but since I had received it in this condition they will certainly replace the part for me. I then received a tracking number within a couple minutes for the new adapter.
    Not only am I Extremely Pleased with my purchase, but their Customer Service to date is Top Notch!
    Thank you so much for the replacement Arizer! I'll definitely be telling everyone I know who may have an interest, about Arizer's Quality products as well as their Quick and Kind Customer Service.

    Just wanted to say thank you! Arizer has to be the best vape hardware available! Everything from ordering, packaging, shipping is highly professional! I have been buying the *** ****** for years, would not even consider going with something else! It’s a great unit, tuff as hell, very reliable, and simple to use! I’ve required support once and they came thought perfectly! I’ll be buying some of the products again for sure!

    ARIZER has been more than everything I could have imagined. Better Customer Support than ARIZER's is not possible. Truly remarkable as they have been, and are, in two major new product launches !!! Yet ARIZER made me feel my problem was important to them. With every ARIZER email through the (simple) process ARIZER valued my opinions, quickly helped with my special requests *** *** ***** **** *** **** ********* **** ** ***** ****. ARIZER's class is a model and example. And, I am grateful for this platform to say so.

    **** ******* ** * ***** ***** ** ** *** ******* * ******* Absolutely excellent service! I bought my first Arizer over 10 years ago, and since then I have purchased five more as gifts. Every recipient has been as pleased with their Arizer as I am with mine. Recently, I had occasion to contact the company where I found the staff to be as excellent as the products they sell. Not only were they remarkably kind and patient, they were quick to respond with a level of helpfulness I’ve not experienced in years. Five stars because from staff to merchandise without doubt my best retail experience pretty much ever!!
