    The Arizer Air SE, simply excellent!
    It's been many years since I've bought from Arizer; * *** ******* **** ***** ***** ** own one of their Original Solos (first version), that ole military grade beast. Moving forward, to this Arizer Air SE, it is superb! From it's ease of use, to the feel of its craftsmanship, its aesthetics (simply beautiful), its size, its weight; its just perfect draw resistance, ensuring optimal vapor production. This little powerhouse is dialed all the way in!

    ***** **** ***** ***** ******** My Solo 3 V2 died In three months. Arizer blamed the customer for poor quality.. When I first got the unit I noticed the heating element was very misaligned. When the stem is in, its leaning **** *** ***** ** ****** (very crooked not straight) . Arizer support told me this was normal. Now 3 months later is completely dead with error code 05. a severe engineering defect. They also don't cover shipping charges ************* *** * ********* **** **** **** ****** Arizer want more money to fix their *** quality control. So hope you enjoy **** *******, short life, and non stop shipping fees to fix an engineering flaw. * *** ** ** ****** **** ** ***** ***** **** I know how to take care of things. ***** ***** *****

After reviewing your case, we can confirm that when you first contacted us in July, we discussed the slight visual variance that can occur with the silicone heater ring and handmade glass parts. This does not affect performance, but we offered to inspect your unit under warranty to ensure everything was functioning properly. When you later reported the error code, we explained that this code indicates a general wiring or circuitry issue—not a specific defect—and promptly offered warranty repair or replacement service through our U.S. center. While our warranty policy covers all parts and labor, shipping costs to the service center are not typically included; however, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered to waive the return shipping fee. We stand behind the quality of our products and always strive to resolve concerns quickly and fairly. We’re very sorry that your experience didn’t reflect the high standards we aim to uphold and hope you’ll allow us the opportunity to make this right.     I had a great experience with Arizer’s customer support. They responded quickly and were very friendly and personable throughout the entire interaction. Even though I couldn’t provide proof of purchase, they still did their best to help resolve a physical issue with my vaporizer and offered additional support options. The entire replacement process was smooth, and I received a brand-new device quickly, which really showed how solid the company stands behind their products.
    I’ve been a loyal Arizer customer for years and have owned multiple units, including the Solo 2. They’re incredibly reliable — my older devices easily lasted around five years with heavy daily use. I recently upgraded to the Solo 3, and it’s hands-down my favorite *** ** ******* ********.

    Been purchasing Arizer products for over 5 years now. I own an Argo and Solo 2 Max. I love both and use both regularly. Also have had nothing but great experience with customer service as well. ***** would recommend to anyone

    Acquired a Solo III in March ‘25, and it has definitely made a positive impact ** ** ******** *********** *********.
    ** **** ****** ** **** *********** **** ** Super, SUPER, easy to use and maintain.
    4. Great support
    - two weeks ago, unit starting displaying an error code.
    - I contacted Arizer customer support and they advised for me to ship to their repair facility.
    - Their facility received my unit on 14 Sep, and I received a brand new unit, along with some FREE pieces of glass, on the 17th of Sep. Talk about a fast turn!!
    ****** ***** If you’re shopping for a vaping device that is somewhat portable (it’s rather big), ******** *********** ************* ******** *** *** great customer support, the Arizer Solo III is a choice that will be rewarding.

    The unit I purchased failed after just a couple of weeks of use. I contacted Arizer Customer Service, and they promptly replaced it with the next model up at no extra charge. The whole process was impressively fast. This is my third Arizer unit, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality vaporizer
