    Thanks Arizer for your prompt warranty service. For the last 13 months, my Arizer Solo 2 has been a fantastic product. Actually saves me money to pay for itself in 4 months. Had my new Solo 2 in 1 week covered under excellent Arizer warrantee. I would buy any Arizer product again. ******

    Noticed that my 2 year old *** *** unit had a rusty heating unit screw. I contacted Arizer and they promptly repaired and returned the unit to me at no cost. Excellent, professional service!

    I love the Argo because it is easy to live with. The glass stem offers a clean vape while being very easy to keep clean. The display is easy to read and has all the adjustments one needs. It fits well in the hand and uses a replaceable 18650 lithium ion battery. And is comfortably priced.

    I recently had a problem with my Arizer Solo II, it wouldn't heat and kept giving error code 8. After reaching out to Arizer, ****** emailed me for more information about my Solo which I provided and after a rapid email exchange I was asked to ship them my Solo for repair or exchange. Unbelievably, a new unit was delivered 2 days later and I didn't have to pay for return shipping.
    I couldn't be more satisfied.

    Just received the Solo 3 and it is a beautifully styled and fine working unit. I cannot say enough good things about the overall experience with Arizer. Product is top of the line, ** ****** ** **** ** *** *******, and Customer Service is amazing. Elisha from CS does a great job and Arizer picked the right person for this job.

    I have the Arizer XQ2. I loved how it worked. After having for a year, it stopped charging. I contacted customer service. They gave me things to try to see if I could get it working. Nothing helped. They then said that they will fix or replace it for me. I only had to pay to ship it to the U.S. service center ( since Arizer is located in Canada). They would pay for return shipping. I mailed it out and within a week it was mailed back priority mail to me! Since they could not fix it, they gave me a brand new Arizer XQ2. It is now working perfectly. Before buying this I had done research . I found Arizer to be reasonably priced *** ******* **** *****. I want to say that if I need to buy another , I will definetly buy Arizer. If anyone asks for recommendations, I will tell them Arizer. Customer service went above and beyond to help me. They were fast in responding to each of my emails. And the repair/replace service was faster than I expected. Very happy with this company.
