    I own a couple good handheld vaporizers for dry herbs and concentrates both, and thought it was time to invest in a desktop. After looking around at price comparison and reviews of products, the Arizer XQ2 was the one that looked like it had what I was looking for as far as what it does and the price was beyond reasonable when compared to the *******, which was my other option. I'm glad I went with the XQ2. Not only did I save a huge chunk of change and got a great product, as great customer service comes with it along with all the other extras they're kind enough to put in the kit. I had an issue trying to figure out temps and best ways to grind, etc. and within a few hours I was replied to with a bunch of suggestions from a very nice and well informed tech and after trying her suggestions I found every one to be a major help and i couldn't be happier with my purchase. If you like taste **** *** ***** there's 2 sides to the bowl chamber, one for bigger clouds that's closer to the heater and the other end is farther away so it doesn't give as big clouds of vapor but you can almost taste each **** as you draw on the whip. Or use the bag, as the xq2 comes with 2 of them as well and you can use the included mini whip to make nice bags with caps if you want to hold onto it for a bit. I would absolutely recommend the XQ2 from Arizer to any and everyone looking for an affordable desktop device. You could spend a few hundred more on a ******* but why would you do that when you can get the XQ2 and get, if not the same, then extremely close results? Try it out, you will not be disappointed.

    Absolutely outstanding service from these wonderful people! Purchased a Solo III in October and sadly it died on a Saturday about three months later. I reached out to Arizer on the Sunday, heard back from them on the Monday and they cross-shipped me a new unit (and a return label for the old unit) and had the new one in my hands by that Friday. Love my Solo III btw - awesome unit.

    We have the Extreme Q that is going on a decade old. It has spent the better part of the last few years in storage, and when we decided to take it out again we realized the power supply and remote were missing. We were so pleased to see that the items were available on the website for a decent price. Shipping stated it would day up to 7 days but we received it next day, and when we plugged it in, our Extreme Q turned on and worked like it was brand new. Fantastic machine, built to last. Customer service was very fast to get back to us when we had questions. Will keep using this company for years to come.

    All good things to say about Arizer! Quality products, modest pricing and amazing customer service.
    I had an issue with a unit. I emailed them about it, the responded VERY quickly. They asked some questions, I answered them. They VERY quickly sent me an email informing me they were going to repair or fix for free, along with a shipping label. AND they said they would pay for the return shipping (not usually covered) They got the unit, and had a NEW one in the mail the SAME DAY.
    They make QUALITY products, make them affordable, stand behind them and offer amazing service. Not many companies can claim that anymore.

    Amazing and swift service when one of their products failed after a year of use. It was returned, inspected and replaced at no cost to us (except return shipping). All within a few days. with consummate courtesy. Kudos. ***** ** * **** ** *** ****** * **** to the tech who assisted us (Elisha) and her manager, Thanks from *** and ** for your swift attention to ***** issue with *** Arizer Solo 2. The replacement arrived today. I can't say enough about the level of service demonstrated by you and Arizer! Simply Exceptional. Head and shoulders above **** ***** ** ***** ** *** ******** ** ********* *****. It says a lot about the company *** **** ******** ****** Thank you. "

    1) Error codes 5-8 are hidden from customer
    2) With faulty devices, reached out to company
    3) Error code was 5; they asked three questions: order date, number, and *voltage of charger I’m using*
    I had been using their charger, but they ONLY asked the voltage, so I looked it up and sent what I thought was the voltage of their device’s charger, since I am a very literal person. Further I thought it would be rude to say “IT’S YOUR ****** CHARGER!”
    4) They IMMEDIATELY responded by chiding me for using incorrect charger
    I sent back a picture of their charger plugged in and explained the situation; my confusion
    They responded with “You can send it in and we’ll decide if it gets replaced”
    This feels very much like a way to get out of honoring warranties, * **** ****** ******** * **** *** ** ******** ***** ******** ***** They don’t provide a means for me to review them on their website
    ***** ****** *** ***** ***** ******* ** **** ***** ************* ** ***** * **** ***** * ** **** *** *********** ************* ***** 
    These are $350 devices that store not being warranted

Please rest assured that we have gladly stood behind our products and their warranties for nearly 20 years now, and in no way are we trying to get out of honouring your device's warranty. Your Warranty Claim is still open and once your device is received by our technicians it will be repaired or replaced promptly.
    Error codes are implemented on our devices as a diagnostic tool to help our service agents quickly and accurately identify the root cause of reported issues. The reported Error codes indicate the presence of a wiring or circuitry issue, and requires further examination in order to assess the root cause, including but not limited to issues with the device, software, charger, battery, use with incompatible chargers, liquid damage, or physical damage due to impact.
    Many chargers look very similar and it happens from time to time that chargers get mixed up, so to help prevent similar issues from occurring we verify the Output Power Specifications on the charger being used at the time and mention the important of using the correct charger. We sincerely apologize this request wasn't more clear and caused confusion, its a standard part of our troubleshooting process and we will take this as a learning opportunity to improve our communication and service processes.
    Again, we do hope you proceed with sending your device is to be repaired/replaced under warranty, but please don't hesitate to reach out by email if you have any further concerns or questions and we will be happy to help in any way we can.

    Arizer is a company that stands behind their products. I had a warranty issue that they cleared up for me in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to purchase products from them in the future.
