  When I started working with Webware around 2017, 5 years had passed by already and today I have totally different experience, as a business owner with not experience in 2017 when I started my business, I paid around $1000.00 to build my website plus around $399.00 in monthly basis per month under contract for a year. In these 5 years, I did SEO about three times more or less, and I got no results. I can said my experience is much better with technology. I have knowledge about ****** ** ********, SEO, ****** Analytics and social media. I was giving my money away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WEBWARE for business owners who has no experience on technology building website, my website was beautiful but I was never the owner of the website, hosting and domain. When I decided in 2023 left webware they cancel everything providing me with difficult information to renew my domain sing in to renew domain was difficult to communicate with the ENOM domain provider for ****************, and they just block my sing to lose the chance to renew and keep my domain, now is in redention for $250.00 dollars to keep it and $49.99 in monthly ,basis when before was $14 a month.   * *** *** ******* ********** ** ****** ** Had a one year contract which is finished in August, 2023. They confirmed that August payment will be the last payment, still took out payment in Sep. No response for your inquiries. **** **** **** **** ****** Most terrible customer service. You request a call back and they don't care because they know that they are loosing your business anyway. When they want your business, they will call you everyday. But when its the end of the term and they have your credit card on file, who cares.

  They designed my website and I had 12 month contract for social media marketing. After 12 months I cancelled and just had hosting per month. After 3 months they ran my cc again for social media. I called them to dispute it and they told me they listened to my phone recording and they said I told them 5 times to stop for 3 months. I know for a fact I never said that and they wouldn’t let me listen to this so-called recording. They refused to refund my money so I went thru my bank and disputed it 3 months ago. Well they ran my card again after I had told them to stop all charges and they are no longer hosting my website. ***** *** *** **** ******* **** **** ********* *** ******* ** **** ****** *****

  Terrible experience with this company. They promised to build and maintain a website for my father's blog (which they were able to do), but repeatedly failed to follow instructions for updating the website. Additionally, the website was poorly designed. They ran his social media accounts but that consisted of re-posting irrelevant news articles, with no attempt to understand the business or what the actual content of the blog was.
  Despite our attempts to tell them that we weren't interested in purchasing more products from them they repeatedly tried to upsell us on additional features, ignoring our requests to stop.
  Once we terminated the contract, they actually took down our website (despite the fact that we were purchasing the URL from a separate vendor) and refused to answer any e-mails asking them to put it back up. ***** ****** ****** ******* ******* *** **** ******* ** *** ******** *** *** ** ******** ***** ****** *** ****** **** ***** ** ****** **** *** ******* ******* *******
