    We tried using webware.ai services. We thought by having local canadian company we would have canadian vibes and standards. However, we learned everything there **** **** ** ******* *** ****** ****** * ** *** ******* ****** *** ** * ****** ** *** ****** done from India ** *** ****** ******** **** * ***** *** ** **** ** **** ****.
    The posts shown to us were too low quality and there were absolutely nothing was done about SEO and Social Media marketing.
    Moreover, we were charged two times for the work that was not done. We were promised by the account manager that we will get refund or credit note. But we never received even a bill or invoice. The paid adv which were included in the package was never been setup. We still receive their bogus automated reports without any explanation.

    My company, ******* *********** and I, have been working with webware.io and in particular, my account manager, MJ, for the past several months. The process from the site development to now has been a breath of fresh air. I have so much support for every step of the way including suggestions for blogs and marketing on social media. I'm aware these things are necessary, but that doesn't mean I have the time or resources to do them myself. It's good to know the support team is on it and that MJ gets the spirit of my work. If you are looking for a one-stop website and SEO service, I highly recommend you check them out.

    I regret ever signing up for Webware.io's services. What I thought would help grow my business turned into a nightmare.
    1. Dramatic Decline in Business: After Webware.io took over my online store, my sales and traffic plummeted. My store went from steady growth to almost no activity, and their so-called "SEO services" actually hurt my business rather than help it.
    2. Inconsistent and Poor Service: A key part of their package was social media management. But by April 2024, they abruptly stopped posting on my social media accounts without any explanation. This ********** further harmed my business, as social media is crucial for driving traffic.
    3. Unauthorized Charges and Disregard for Cancellation Requests: The **** ******** part of my experience is that as soon as Webware.io got my credit card information over the phone, they gained full access to my account. Even after requesting a new credit card, they continued to charge me without my authorization. I asked them to cancel my membership in June 2024, but they completely ignored my request and kept billing me. **** ***** **** ******** ****** ** they have been taking money from my account despite my clear instructions to stop.
    Even my bank has been unable to prevent these unauthorized charges, leaving me feeling helpless. Webware.io has taken over $5,000 USD for a service that not only failed to deliver but actively damaged my business.

    Last September, from Webware contacted our company promising to enhance our online presence by getting us listed on ******'s front page and redesigning our ******* site for $3,000. We were assured that everything would be operational by December. Unfortunately, this did not materialize as planned. Concerned, I reached out via email specifically requesting an explanation of their process and confirmation that there were no contractual obligations beyond three months. Instead of improvement, they replaced our original ******* site, which drastically reduced our orders from 12-14 per week to barely three, even though these were from returning customers. It took six months for the site to be somewhat functional, a far cry from the promised three months, and during this period, the number of new orders was minimal.
    The situation worsened when I was informed of a one-year contract, contradicting previous assurances, and charges of $250 per month were imposed. After raising this issue, Manager offered a discounted rate of $95 for the remaining months of the contract. Frustrated, I reverted to our original ******* setup and saw an immediate recovery in order numbers.
    I feel that Webware's actions were ********** and have caused significant harm to my business. I plan to address this issue directly with the owner, webware.io, *** **** **** **** **** ****** ** ****** ***** ** ****** ****** *** ***** ** ** **********. It's disheartening to see no compensation for the initial $3,000 and ongoing costs, but I am hopeful that accountability will be enforced.

They scheduled a meeting but never called. Won't return my phone call or respond to my email. *** ******* *** ***** *** ********* Promised to have my website ready within a month and to keep me updated. It's been over a month and they've gone completely silent on me. I'm such a fool to have believed yet another company. This happened to me last year too. ** ********** is working to return my payments. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. ********* ******* *** **** **** ******** ********.

    You set a meeting for yesterday but I never heard from you. Additionally, we are now a month in and I see nothing. Where is the website? I can’t even get an update on it. How long will this take? Several months just to get going?
    My level of frustration and disappointment is high. As a company you’ve already lost a lot of credibility with me. Not sure I want to continue now.
    I thought it would take longer than a month before I would start to wonder whether I made the right decision.
    We can either call it even and you can refund me the money I already spent or you can give me a month free until I see some progress.

    Webware sends you a bunch of tasks for you to complete as opposed to them doing the work. They simply do not deliver on their promises. **** *********. They don't return calls and fail to complete the job. They continued to charge me for a product that is not but and running.
